“This month @fullcircleharlem, we celebrated two special milestones for the Full Circle community at our Anniversary Social. Our founding studio, @fullcirclebrooklyn turned 5 years old, and the Harlem studio turned 2 years old! We laughed, ate great food, walked down memory lane, and of course, we danced! Thank you to every single person who has walked through our doors, whether only for a few times or for the last few years. We never could have imagined how big our Full Circle community would grow, and that is truly because of you all!

A special thank you to all the businesses who also helped make this event extra special! Our celebration would not have been the same without the great prizes, food, special discounts, and recovery station provided by the local businesses that showed so much love to our Full Circle community! @ofrendayogastudio @theharlemmethod @harlemkettlebellclub @echands4health @juiceryharlem @liquidmotionct @stressknotnyc 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Cheers to hopefully many more years dancing with you all!” -@marissamovements

If I Was Your Girlfriend by Prince 🔮

dropping this chopped n screwed burlesque floorwork freestyle on you 4 #movementmonday which means you gon have to take your time, no 2x speed baby, just a whole lot of me stripping it down & all the layers inbetween

who & what are you waiting on to be free? It’s scary to give yourself permission. Don’t I know it— this is just me practicing.

heavyyy gratitude to movement communities & spaces (this showcase produced by the lovely @rumilovenpole in @fullcirclebrooklyn 💜) and the embodied darlings I get to indulge, revel, and wild with.

I did this burlesque shit no corset no jewels no shoes on my feet, a hat from my gf @niyahh_9 a t-shirt from my gf @mayagpete and some over the thigh socks I found in a box on the street 😈📦 WASHED

more to come, I’m hungry now

summer of 2026 #dirtydancing with a pole 💃🏽
Next summer I’ll have a hottie #patrickswayze lookalike to dance with.
As summer officially comes to a close with the Fall Equinox tomorrow, I’m sharing how I spent my summer where “I had the time of my life” filming these short quick clips, after taking pole dance class a couple minutes before the next class/or before the studio was going to close for the day, so I had to film very quickly and not go full out. The quality isn’t the best, but I had fun doing this little series dressing up in inspired outfits worn by #jennifergrey in the dirtydancingmovie 80smovies

Song/movie soundtrack Credits
“Hungry Eyes” by Eric Carmen
“Cry to me” by Solomon Burke
“Love is strange” by Mickey & Sylvia
“I’ve had the time of my life” by Bill Medley & Jennifer Warnes
