Your true essence will speak long before words ever leave your mouth. Don’t lose it in pursuit of anything outside of who Yeshua HaMashiach has called & chosen you to become. — Osay Eniye 🤎✨

Real progress begins when purpose brings the right people together.

Every meaningful transformation starts with a conversation, grows through collaboration, and becomes reality when people choose to work toward a common goal.

At CWPAI, we believe that sustainable development is not built by one person, one organization, or one idea. It is built by partnerships that unite diverse perspectives, expertise, and a shared commitment to creating lasting impact.

We are intentional about building relationships that strengthen communities, empower people, and create solutions that outlive the moment.

The future we envision will not happen by chance, it will happen because individuals and institutions choose to come together with integrity, innovation, and a clear sense of purpose.

This is the essence of CWPAI: connecting people, inspiring collaboration, and turning shared vision into measurable impact.

Together, we don’t just discuss change, we build it.

Yesterday we learned a lot about what it means to be a WOMAN WHO BUILDS focused on Leadership, Resilience, Inclusion, Mentorship and creating lasting impact.

Mercy Diebiru Ojo explained that... “Inclusion should be structural rather than symbolic. In agriculture, women contribute significantly throughout food production but are often excluded from decision-making, limiting innovation and effectiveness.”

We recently launched the Traveling Tapestry Project, a collaborative initiative that uses stitched fabric squares to explore women’s stories, identities, contributions, and aspirations.

On Sunday, our team held the first workshop for the project, led by UK-based artist Jo Beal and joined by our Nigerian partner, Mrs. Bisi Sotunde of BusyBee Events.

The goal was not to complete the tapestry, but to learn the process together so that each participant can go on to facilitate similar sessions within her own community.

The squares are still a work in progress, but the conversations have already begun.
Over the coming months, women across Africa and the diaspora will create their own squares through community workshops and gatherings. When these individual pieces are brought together, they will form a collective tapestry, a visual archive that reflects the experiences, memories, work, and aspirations of the women who contributed to it.
