Our first FSA conference and it was a blast!!! 💥

Such a wholesome, transformative weekend. We laughed so hard, we PLAYED, we learnt, we shared, we danceddd, we cried, we truly had such a beautiful time and are so grateful to be part of this wonderful wider community.

Thank you everyone whose hands and hearts went into putting this together, and we can’t wait to do it all over again next year! 💚

Still reflecting on a sisterhood exhibition I did for IWD 2026. Feeling so grateful these women shared their stories and gave up their time to have their photo taken by me in hopes of an exhibition.

Grateful for having Cherrill from @blackwomanskindnessinitiative and @wellbeinghubcommunity come on board and help make this happen.

@space_studios_london said yes in exhibiting and we had an incredible private view with friends and family and then a two day exhibition where I took portraits of women who were attending the exhibition, I even got them to dance, in celebration of how incredible we are as women.

Last Friday, our Wellbeing Hub Community took a breather and gathered in a women-only circle with @funmilolasworld Sound Healer and Percussionist.
Within minutes the room settled; a shared pulse brought softer shoulders, steadier breath and a lift in mood.

We played with pulse and tone, traced the roots of hand drums, echoed follow-the-leader rhythms, stacked simple grooves, spoke mantras to the beat and let movement sneak in.
The result? Less stress in the body, sharper focus, a spark of creativity and self-belief, and that easy sense of belonging you can feel in your chest.

Join us for Part Two this Friday to build on the groove and learn new ways to use rhythm for everyday self-care.

Last Friday, the Wellbeing Hub Community pressed pause and picked up the drums, djembes and other instruments thanks to @funmilolasworld

Within minutes the room softened: shoulders dropped, breathing steadied, and smiles moved around the circle as one beat found us.

The rhythm did quiet work. endorphins and dopamine eased tension and brought that warm afterglow. Norepinephrine with dopamine lifted energy and focus. Serotonin steadied mood and softened loneliness...what a feeling!

Group drumming can even nudge the immune system, supporting antibody activity.
Simple rhythm, big impact: calmer bodies, clearer heads, stronger connection, and a little more hope.

We’re back this Friday with @funmilolasworld for part two of drumming for wellbeing. Bring your hands and your curiosity!

What rhythm does your week need right now? 🥁✨

I'm a shape shifter!

Well that's what I've been told time and time again.

I always have fun creating different looks for myself to reflect my mood and where I am at in my life.

This mini photo shoot 📸🎬 in Barbados 🇧🇧 was no different.

It was moody but cute all at the same time.

Happy Sun-Day All! 💋
