So much fun and awesome turnout at the Banook Open House today! Amazing to meet some new families and welcome some new Ukrainian friends to the club! And huge thanks to @daveykgreen and the @funsports.fun kids for joining us! Can you spot the members of our @canoekayakcan National Team? Shout out and thank you to Sophia, Julia, Michelle, and Ydris for bringing the afternoon to a whole new level and helping the kids to have an amazing time! And finally thank you to our coaches, board members, and volunteers for the fun today! #wepaddle #gobanookgo

A day in the life with Athletes! My passion is helping others with a little extra love for sports and athletes! Currently I am doing work with the @hfxthunderbirds with the @funsports.fun massage squad providing sports massage to the athletes! Pro lacrosse players live a busy lifestyle and this gig has been one of my favourites to date! 🥍🥍 • • • • • • • • #sportsmassage #massagetherapy #nationallacrosseleague #nll #lacrosse #halifaxthunderbirds #funsports

Good thing we all picked kayaking as our sport of choice!! (Can you guess which Olympic sport we each picked for pic #1??) @funsports.fun is an amazing charity that we are proud to support. This year during Tokyo 2020, FUNsports is offering a discount on all merch purchased through their website (on their page). ALL of the proceeds go towards helping kids access sports. Something near and dear to our ❤️. #FUNsports
