For Autumn and Winter I am starting to really make sure that as my work/life balance gets busier I invest in some extra self care and support the right people for this. So I'm doing a shout out to some local indie female led businesses to support so they too can get some self care time in the balance! Firstly this month, the lovely Louise at Fuse Saunas has provided a much needed and enjoyed reset with sauna, ice plunge, fire pit and time to connect back to myself away from my phone and the constant hustle. Megan of mk_studio_nottingham for all things beauty. Emma -houseofbeautyaesthetics has treated me to an amazing microneedling session - my skin looks amazing and I've even booked in for my next session already! Charlotte at Ziggy's Emporium has the most magical shop in Kimberley full of gifts and treats that I love to visit for a treat for myself and for gifts for my retreat day goody bags. There is also bespoke jewellery made by her daughter, Nancy. Lauren at Guilt Free Pleasures for all the best vegan and gluten free food you can eat! Emily, yoga teacher and life coach extraordinaire, my Newark retreat partner and Tropic dealer! Amy, my fab neighbour and hairdresser. SHOUT OUT THE QUEENS SLAYING IT IN THIS PATRIARCHAL SOCIETY! SHOUTING OUT OTHER WOMEN WILL NOT DAMPEN YOUR FLAME LIKE WE'VE BEEN LED TO BELIEVE. LOTS OF FLAMES ARE BRIGHTER THAN ONE 🔥 CHEERS ✨️ #womensupportingwomen #nottingham

After the @robinhood_half yesterday and the recurring calf strain, I’ve been overdue some recovery. Sometimes your batteries aren’t dead you just need a new fuse. Consider me recharged @fuse.saunas 🔋
