A fun & productive few days in California! 😎 ☀️

In the 🎥 @fairplaylife Documentary, I referred to a recent trip I took for work as my act of self-care. One year later, it was time for that same trip, the @renegade_global summit by @amyjomartin, with a group of women leveling up their work & themselves.

Happy to report it was easier to leave for the trip this time with Niall more aware and involved in what it takes to run the household. (I said ‘EASIER’ —not easy). And I’m most pleased to admit…we were ALL better for it. 😅
