What am I doing after the gym? Living my best kid-with-no-chaperone-at-a-buffet life. 😤

Right now I’m crushing 40–50g protein per meal in my Booty Gains era. But even during my cut? I still ate 3–4 days of efficient cals/macros… then hit 2–3 days of deficit + rest. Why? So my metabolism didn’t panic like ‘OMG FAMINE’ and store every french fry as emergency fat.

No fasting. No intermittent fasting. I’m a mom over 40 — I need FOOD as medicine, not suffering. 🍔🥩🍠
