Pakistan is worth the risk 🇵🇰🔥

📌 Save this for your future trip to Pakistan

Pakistan may have a little bit of danger… sketchy roads, perilous ledges and very narrow paths. But sometimes the risk is worth the reward. And Pakistan ALWAYS rewards you for your efforts.

It could be the narrow Jeep track that leads you to the postcard perfect Fairy Meadows. Or it could be crossing an ever-moving glacier on your way to the gorgeous Hamdar Meadows. Gilgit-Baltistan has the spots that will always make you want to take the risk!

I’ve never visited a country where the hiking is so tough, but the views at the end are so jaw dropping. You’ll lose your breath on the way up, and speechless when you reach the view 😍

What do you think? Is Pakistan worth the risk?

So happy to assist the two British photographers from IG on their shoot in Ganzi. We had a great four days together. Hope their work brings more eyes to the magnificence of western China!👏

There’s a different kind of silence on Svalbard.

Far away from traffic, notifications, deadlines and everything that usually asks for your attention, the world suddenly becomes quiet.

During the Polar Night, that silence feels even deeper.
The mountains disappear into shades of blue. The snow softens every sound. And out in the Arctic wilderness, there are moments when it feels like there is absolutely nothing between you and the horizon.

No noise.
No rush.
Nowhere else you need to be.

You disconnect from the stress — and reconnect with the silence.

Join us on a winter adventure into the Arctic wilderness. By snowmobile, dog sled or on foot, our local guides take you beyond Longyearbyen and into a landscape where the Polar Night isn’t really dark at all.

Sometimes, travelling to the edge of the world is exactly what you need to feel present again.

Discover winter on Svalbard with Hurtigruten Svalbard. ❄️

Been absolutely blessed with some beautiful weather recently, and what better way to spend it?
.
A surreal evening/morning of sun, me and @g_cooper even managed to get lucky with a morning inversion at arguably one of the craziest camp spots in the UK!?

You’ll stand on a beach that looks fake. 🏝️

You’ll walk through a forest that looks alien. 🌳

You’ll run out of ways to describe it to people back home, and even then they likely won’t believe you. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Here’s what’s waiting:

1. Climb dunes as tall as buildings at 4:30am to see the sunrise…and cry from the beauty.

2. Hike through an ancient forest of trees that belong in a sci-fi movie.

3. Take a boat to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and be surrounded by dolphins most of the way.

4. Be welcomed by complete strangers for tea, a meal, AND a game of football.

5. Sleep the best in years with nothing but a tent and raw nature…no AC, no 24/7 WiFi, no bells and whistles.

Let us know which one you’re most excited about 👇🏼

WOW 😍🥶

Turns out the Sony 200-600mm is pretty handy when there might be polar bears involved 🐻‍❄️

These unreal shots from Svalbard were captured by @g_cooper using our lens for their Arctic adventure with @thelaidbackcompany. Safe to say the extra reach came in useful for both wildlife and those epic frozen landscapes ❄️

Big thanks for taking us along for the ride and for sharing these images with us. We love seeing where our equipment ends up and Svalbard is definitely setting the bar pretty high 🙌🏻

Beyond The Horizon

Thank you to @djiglobal for one of the greatest experiences of my life thus far. When 15 yr old Ragib first started taking photos he never would have expected to have had an opportunity like this.

To have met some of the greatest people on the internet that I look up to also 🌍

Thank you to those who made it a great trip:
