Not to give you a toooon of FOMO but…. The first The Lab: Special Edition with @gabbyupsidedown was a great time 😎

Every month we will be running one or two Special Edition Labs to help you with a particular skill! What would you like to see Gabby and some of our other instructions teach next? 👀

April date to be announced soon and you’ll be able to sign up for that right on Groovio 😏

6 years dancing on the big metal stick today.

If you told the girl who took her first pole class 6 years ago because she was bored of lifting that in the future she would own her own studio, be regularly producing shows with one of the greatest people she has ever met (through pole!), be surrounded by endless love, compassion, and support, be performing in her dream shows, healed her relationship with herself…she would not believe you.

Thank you to everyone I have learned from so far on this journey. Special thanks to @gabbyupsidedown for being such an integral part of my learning process as a new poler, @jordankensley @matthewxohh and @kitty_jane_ for changing my life through your instruction, @kim_possible_the for being you, and to everyone who has taken a class at the Bling, performed with Creatures of Chrome, worked along side me, been adopted as one of my pole children, and believed in my insane dreams. Yall keep me delusional enough to keep going.

Trying to work on those moves that are big goals but also scare you? Whether it’s climbing, inverting for the first time, or even a random trick you saw on the gram , @gabbyupsidedown will get you there in Pole Engineer. Class starts with a full body warm up and conditioning then she spends time with each individual student working on helping them achieve and polish up their goal moves. Sign up every Tuesday at 7pm.

Pole Engineer tonight was excellent. Seriously if there are tricks you are trying to nail from other classes or your saved folder on the gram is overflowing with inspo, this is where you can get some extra one on one in a class to problem solve and work you closer to your goals. Gabby can help you figure out how to get in and out of a trick on your bucket list safely.

Not only did @gabbyupsidedown help troubleshoot where we needed to fix to start getting a Plus Sign, but it reminded me of my early days of pole when I was the only one in her level 1 class and we would FAFO for an hour until I finally nailed it. Still too scared to trust just that armpit hold to open my arm up, but this is progress!!!
