@the_chaoslab has been like a second home to me for the past few years, and I wanted to share a few pics to commemorate Chaos Lab V.1 coming to an end

I have made so many friends, grown so much both as a lifter and a coach, and made so many positive memories here. I am grateful to each and every person that made this place such an awesome place to train, compete, grow, and call home

A special thanks to @seansmithfit for his hard work in making the Lab such an awesome space. I am sad to see this version of the Chaos Lab go, but excited to see what is next. The best is yet to come!

Happy Thanksgiving!

As I look back at this year, I feel especially thankful for the sport of powerlifting and all of the relationships and experiences that it has given to me. This year I have had the chance to make and develop many friendships, travel across the country, and work with so many great people

If I have had the pleasure of working or training with you in any capacity, thank you! Whether it be coaching, handling, training, or whatever else, I am grateful to each and every one of you

From seeing the VCUPL team show out last weekend, to going to Reno to see FSPL win nationals, to getting stranded in the Vegas airport, to going to Atlanta for my first time at CNATS, it has been a great year, and I look forward to continuing to grow in the sport next year

Let’s keep getting stronger together, and as always, don’t forget to love it!

DOUBLE PR

First block back, still getting things up and running, finding out my eating habits, workout sched, getting all accessories in, blah blah blah but finally made it to a lil pinpoint!!

I had triples this block and I was supposed to do 275lbd but ended up being funky and doing 285lbs and it looks rlly good so gabriela and i were like fuck it let's put 305lbs (3lbs below my single max) and HONESTLY i should've j done 275lbd then 295lbs if anything BUT it is what it is. was gunna gate keep this but i like gabriela and I's fist bump

Highlights for the first half-ish of June!

@hannahugee 215 squat PR as her heaviest squat of prep

@juul_lifting 418 bench PR as his heaviest bench of prep, this one has been a long time coming

@yourweakgymbro 358x2 squat PR, which matched his best competition squat

@coachbenlifts 628x1 squat PR, his squat has absolutely blown up these past few months

@lift_like_ike 270 bench PR, new record for the longest bench rep ever

@dabearlifts 584x3 squat PR, we have wanted this one for quite some time and he crushed it

@gablifting 200x6 squat PR. We have been trying to find a way to give Gabriela’s squat a boost and I think these higher volume sets are working

@345_cristian559 325x3 squat PR, which matches his best squat single

@egvmez 350x3 pause deadlift PR. Erick’s deadlift has been a bit up and down but these pauses have been a big key for locking in his technique

Another great month of lifts from the team, with multiple people hitting the platform and another few set to compete next month. Let’s continue building!
