Rivers, carving their way through the land. These rivers, from across our land, are made with hand dyed silk and machine stitched to capture the lines and colours. Pilbara Gorge is an artist book capturing the ancient stone carved by water over millenia. See these works @galleryunbound until November 8. Opening celebrations this Friday 23 Oct 6-8 pm. Come and celebrate ‘Water & Stone’ with me

Behind the paintings in 'Nightscapes'.

The work in this series has been built slowly over the past twelve months — my love letter to the night sky.

I am drawn to the shifting gradients of deep blues and the way light reveals itself sparingly. In painting the night sky, I keep returning to the tension between vastness and intimacy: the sense of standing beneath something immense, yet feeling close to it.

From there, texture, glazing, and blending form the language of my work, allowing each painting to hold the atmosphere of the night sky.

I will be sharing more from the studio as the exhibition approaches.

'Nightscapes'opens @galleryunbound in Northcote, Melbourne on 11 November 2026 with the opening reception on Friday 13th November 2026.

Smiling from ear to ear on the outside and the inside has become the theme of this week. How special it is to feel the power in my own vulnerability by sharing this body of work with you all. This collection of photos captures some of the more personal moments along this journey, and how much fun it has been to explore the creative yearning in my veins.

There is an ever flowing stream of gratitude pouring from my heart. Thank you to everyone who is offering the space to see, hear, or feel what my art is all about 🌀

-Meet 'An Old Placement of Light'.

When I look at the stars, it is through the lens of what science has taught us. However, as this work unfolded, it came with an ethereal quality that suited a nod to ancient cultures, those who who imagined heroes, maidens, and mythical creatures lifted into the night sky to become constellations.

This work is a gathering of stars, as though the ancient gods have only just finished their work.

Title: 'An Old Placement of Light'
Medium: Acrylic on Canvas
Size: 90cm x 60cm
Price: $750

This original work is available, if you have been considering original art and this piece resonates, DM or email for a chat.

Fifty One 🎨
A little bit of me, a lot of colour and a few stories along the way!
This one’s pretty personal. My abstract self-portrait, Fifty One. Raw, bold, a little imperfect, and that’s exactly how I like it.
Not your typical self-portrait, but then again, I’ve never really painted by the rules!
‘Fifty One’ is now available at @galleryunbound

Hope you enjoy this one as much as I enjoyed painting it! 🙌
