🌿✨ My heart is still somewhere between the jungle sunsets and the crashing waves of Sayulita… ✨🌿
Gratitude doesn’t even begin to cover what this week held. The sounds of the jungle squaking us awake, the bugs reminding us we were deep in nature, the laughter that echoed through the shalas, the unexpected twerking moments (you know who you are 😂), the breakthroughs that cracked us wide open, and the friendships that somehow felt like they’d been waiting for us all along.
We moved, we breathed, we walked (ALOT 🤪), we softened, we twerked, we released. We held space for each other. We reset — in ways that only a week in the magic town of Sayulita can do.
To everyone who came: thank you for your trust, your presence, your honesty, your joy, your willingness to go deep and let loose. You made this retreat unforgettable. My heart is full, expanded, and forever changed because of you.

Life gets loud.
We move fast.
We forget what matters.

But the moment you step into nature, breathe deeply, and slow down —
everything shifts.

I see it on their faces every time…
the glow, the softness, the peace.
We weren’t meant to live stressed.
We were meant to live awake. 🌿✨

This is my 6th retreat, and every time I’m humbled by the transformation that happens when people choose themselves.
The peace. The softness. The glow.

This is why I teach.
This is why I love this work. 🧘‍♀️💛

And if you needed a sign to step away from the noise and reconnect with your soul — this is it.
Your peace is worth protecting.
Your joy is worth prioritizing.
Your life is worth living intentionally. 💛🌿

A full-immersion yoga retreat…
where the WiFi is weak but the connection to yourself is strong.
Where the only notifications are birds, breath, and your body finally slowing down.

There’s something magical that happens when your phone stops buzzing:
your mind softens, your nervous system unwinds, and your intuition gets louder.

Here, the days are filled with movement, meditation, nourishing food, deep rest, and real conversations.
No pressure. No deadlines. No noise.
Just presence. Just healing. Just you.

A place to unplug from the world so you can plug back into yourself.
Morning yoga. Fresh air. Warm ocean water.
Long walks. Sunset calming yoga.
Naps in the sun. Deep belly laughs.
Nourishing meals that remind your body what “alive” feels like.

It’s in these quiet spaces that clarity hits you.
What matters. What doesn’t.
What you want to carry forward.
What you’re ready to release.

This is the reset your soul has been asking for.

Our 2024 harvest season has officially begun!

Working with farms south to north ensuring our plants receive the best care farm to table, and house in our case. We have been truly blessed toiling with some of the most careful and largest landowners across Texas and the country. All trying to solve the same problem. How do we stay and prosper on land, that has -for decades- been undervalued, overexploited and reduced to a few numbers on a spreadsheet? For a person to dismember with small black lines.

In any case, we have the fortune of a state abound with grit, sun soil and water, a few remaining wide open spaces and the people born of the land. Get outside and listen. I have 38 more harvests left, god and man willing.

Note how cool we look, under the hemp tree canopy and sweet-water streams in an otherwise unforgiving land.

The best days are work days!🫶🏼
We knew when we started out on this journey it wasn’t going to be easy or without obstacles… but the vision, the core of why we left the comforts of home, network and family to embark into the unknown is our guiding compass and commitment!

Things took a big turn and shifted from what we originally came to Texas for. However, we trust the path is unfolding exactly as it’s supposed to and navigate with grace + solution based. It was the catalyst to get out here in the field of possibilities. And, there is a greater plan - we know deep down. We’ve got to keep on movin’. 🎵

Always feels good to get our hands in the earth, create and build something, together, reconnecting our hearts with life’s beauty & purpose.

The outdoor shower (made with reclaimed wood) needs finishing touches & fixtures but when complete will be a lovely retreat amongst wildflowers and epic sunsets.
and; topped off with a fresh savory salad from the homegrown garden.☀️🌱💧

Fire Season 🔥
Just in time for winter to roast, make pizza, bake bread and more! 🪵

Thank you Angel and Jules for the opportunity! We really enjoyed the process at your sanctuary. Our children loved learning about farm life, and connecting with the horses & animals. 🐴 🐮 🐔

Intro to Mud! The road back home.🏹
A fun day of sensory experience, mixing cob and creating mini ovens, bird houses + a model wall.
The teens got a feel for the natural building process and what’s possible with it. 🤲🏼
