Excited about how much mileage I've gotten out of this headshot, but I'm even more excited about being a part of High Score again this year! I'll be speaking on the panel "Records & Radio: Music Beyond the Game', alongside the legends @patchnoteheads, @recordstoreday.tw, and Elinor Williams of @the_annex Usually I'm at High Score solely with Sub-Zero Sound, but on this panel I'll be chatting about my experience sharing game music on the radio with @gamejamspbs In addition to the panel, to celebrate 10 years of game audio with Sub-Zero Sound, you'll be able to find a nice little game showcase at ACMI on Saturday with some old and new projects from across our catalogue available to play! Highly recommend you grab a ticket and come along to High Score this weekend if any of that's your jam

New song ‘Music for Monsteras’ is out now. Big thanks to @mxttsch for giving it a spin on @gamejamspbs last week on PBS ❤️ you can listen back in the link in my stories. The track was made a few years ago with David Pavlou, trying to capture a bit of Nintendo 64 and Plantasia nostalgia but also incorporating acoustic guitars and and drums. Hope you like it. It's my first Radio Festival as a presenter on the iconic @pbsfm, hosting the station's first dedicated video game music program, Game Jams 🎮🎙️ Since @gamejamspbs is a fairly new program (it only joined the grid a few months ago), it would mean a lot to me if some folks I know and love got behind the show and signed up as members this Radio Festival! Radio Festival is PBS FM's annual membership drive and on-air celebration of community radio. Being a community radio station, PBS relies on listener support to keep the station broadcasting independent music live 24/7. There are heaps of perks to supporting the show, but to make signing up even sweeter, if you become a member before the end of June, you'll go in the running to win some huge prizes from some incredible local organisations. I've been listening to PBS 106.7FM for over a decade. It got me through some late nights delivering pizza back in the day, and I think I had it on almost 24/7 during the covid lockdowns. So it's an honour to be broadcasting music from my gamedev network on the station now, getting local independent game soundtracks in front of PBS's audience of passionate listeners. I curate each episode of this fortnightly show to shine the spotlight on the latest locally-made indie games and their soundtracks, as well as eclectic music from games made around the world, spanning all eras. Becoming a member of Game Jams signals to the station that you want video game music on the FM airwaves! More info about the different membership tiers, their perks, and the available Radio Fest prizes on the website. Also on the site is over 30 hours of Game Jams content that I've aired since the start of the year! Link in bio.
