A teen hacker reportedly leaked GTA VI while on strict bail… from a hotel room with nothing but a TV. 😳🎮⁠

Arion Kurtaj was just 16 when he was linked to the UK-based hacking group LAPSU$$, which was connected to attacks on major companies like Nvidia and Uber. After he was arrested, police reportedly seized his electronics and he was put on strict bail in a hotel room, with only a TV and a Fire Stick for entertainment.⁠

But reports say that didn’t stop him. Despite being under police watch, he allegedly managed to hack Rockstar Games and leak early GTA VI clips across the internet.⁠

He’s since been sentenced to indefinite detention in a hospital, and reports also claim he later managed to get hold of a phone😬

On this day in 1996, Pokémon Red and Green were released in Japan, and the world of gaming changed forever 🎮🔥⁠

The Game Boy classics introduced players to 151 original Pokémon, from Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle to the elusive Mew. What started as a quest to become Pokémon Champion quickly turned into a global phenomenon.⁠

When Nintendo prepared the games for the U.S., they used the improved Blue version as the technical base. Rather than launch Red and Green, they paired Red with Blue, partly because the Blue version was more polished, and partly because red and blue create a stronger visual contrast for marketing than red and green.⁠

Kids were linking Game Boys with cables to trade and battle, rumors about secret Pokémon spread across playgrounds, and “Gotta Catch ’Em All” became a way of life.⁠

Rockstar co-founder Dan Houser didn’t hold back on his thoughts about AI.⁠

Asked whether AI is really taking us to a brighter future, he said: "I personally don't think it will, because I think that AI is gonna eventually eat itself… So it's sort of like when we fed cows with cows and got mad cow disease."⁠

He added that "It will do some tasks brilliantly, but it's not going to do every task brilliantly."⁠

Houser also took aim at the execs pushing the tech: "Humanity is being pulled in a direction by a certain group of people, who maybe aren't fully-rounded humans."⁠

And he didn’t stop there: "Some of these people trying to define the future of humanity, creativity, or whatever it is using AI, are not the most humane or creative people… It's obviously not true."⁠

GTA 6 finally has a release date - November 19, 2026 - and it sounds like Rockstar’s been using the extra time to build something truly groundbreaking.⁠

“It definitely isn’t GTA V 2.0 and people have no idea what they are talking about,” YouTuber and insider Reece ‘Kiwi Talkz’ Reilly said.

“Some of the stuff I have heard Rockstar are doing with GTA 6 is super ambitious and it is unlikely any other developer will be able to match what they are doing for 15-20+ years.“⁠

Reilly, who previously warned of the game’s second delay before it was announced, says Rockstar’s goal isn’t just to release another hit - it’s to redefine what’s possible in gaming.⁠

Leaked patents and job listings hint at what’s coming: large-scale destruction (think skyscrapers collapsing), advanced weather systems, and AI tech that can procedurally generate building interiors. NPCs will reportedly behave more like real people, reacting dynamically to world events.⁠

Another leaker, GameRoll, claims players will be able to explore or rob more than 700 stores and malls across Vice City.⁠

While nothing’s confirmed until Rockstar says so, insiders agree on one thing, GTA 6 could set a new standard for gaming that might not be matched for generations. 🎮⁠
