_POWER MOVES_
Du 12/04/2024 au 08/06/2024

Curation : Fabienne Bideaud

🖇️ Archive 2025: Daily Dérive with Amandine Nana & Daisy Lambert

PI’s Daily Dérives program invites visitors to explore the fair through expert-led conversations with key figures from the art world. Staying true to the Situationist idea of « wandering » as Guy Debord said, « drawn by the attractions of the terrain » each session offered a unique, intimate experience that deepened one’s connection to contemporary art and provided fresh insights.

Amandine and Daisy’s highlights s included:
- Garance Früh @ciaccialeviparismilan
- Chloé Quenum @martinasimeti
- Adrian Piper @judysdeath
- Jagdeep Raina @coopercole
- Hangama Amiri @coopercole

👉🏽 Curator at the Palais de Tokyo since 2023, Amandine Nana is also a writer, independent researcher and cultural programmer. An art historian and urban planner by training with a multidisciplinary background in the humanities in Paris, Dakar and New York, she specialises in African and Afro-diasporic studies. In her practice, she is particularly interested in the place of narratives, literature, marginalised audiences, archives, collaborative practices and critical pedagogy in exhibition curation and beyond.

👉🏽 Daisy Lambert is an independent curator and researcher. She is currently interested in the reactivation of quimbois in contemporary artistic practices. She regularly participates in workshops and conferences on issues related to the exhibition of work by Black artists of African descent, mental health and care practices.
