Happy #wildcatwednesday🐾 … As the 2026 graduation season ramps up we would like to celebrate one more 2025 grad in Gardenia Martinez-Alonso who made waves for our program from 2015-17 and was a member of our New Mexico Travel squad aka the #NewMexiQueens! Gardenia, a 2021 Bethel grad who also wrestled for @jbhs_wrestling, went onto @sonomastateuniversity where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in criminal justice studies! She is currently working as an advocate for immigrant communities in Alameda County with ambitions to go to law school to become an attorney in the future. @garden.ma20 states school can’t keep her away too long as her drive is inspired by her teachers, coaches and programs like ours which instilled in her to be a good person. There is no irony in that as she has been paying it forward by coaching wrestling for @napasalyouth where she has received rave reviews from #NapaSalWrestling co-founder Jesse Ward. Absolutely proud of you Gardenia❀️‍πŸ”₯❀️‍πŸ”₯❀️‍πŸ”₯ - - - β€œπ‘Ύπ’† 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 π’•π’‚π’π’Œ 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 π’π’Šπ’ƒπ’†π’“π’‚π’•π’Šπ’π’ˆ π’Žπ’Šπ’π’…π’” 𝒂𝒔 π’˜π’†π’π’ 𝒂𝒔 π’π’Šπ’ƒπ’†π’“π’‚π’•π’Šπ’π’ˆ π’”π’π’„π’Šπ’†π’•π’š.” -π‘¨π’π’ˆπ’†π’π’‚ π‘«π’‚π’—π’Šπ’”. - - - #springstownewrestlingacademy #springstownewrestling
