🔥Turf Games Winter Festival🔥

So on Saturday we did a thing…

We entered 2 mixed teams of 6 in to Turf Games Winter Festival, this is a combination of weightlifting, functional exercises and cardio and it…was…epic.

We’re so proud of our athletes, every single one of them smashed it and represented Club One Hundred with pride.

But the most important part is, as you can see from the video they all had so much fun, the workouts were brutal but that didn’t deter their excitement and encouragement for each other.

Shout outs go to @gemily1991 and Tom for filming us on the day, @fivephysio for putting us back together and getting us there fit and healthy and a massive shout out to @coachrobbarber who gave us extra coaching at @crossfitmuscleyard, thank you to everyone that played their part.

So well done again to our amazing athletes, you all smashed it, rest us for a few days and dare I say Turf Games Summer Festival anyone?

What a weekend!

We’re so proud of our amazing athletes who competed at Hyrox London over the last few days…

There were Personal Bests, first timers and people competing unwell - you all smashed it.

If you don’t know Hyrox is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workout stations. Competitors complete eight 1 km runs, each followed by a different challenge such as sled pushes, rowing, burpees, or lunges. It’s designed to be accessible for all fitness levels while still pushing athletes to their limits, making it a popular event for both everyday gym-goers and competitive racers.

So well done again to:

Josh (competed twice)
Emily
Sam
Holly
Alex
Ralph
Coach Christie (also competed twice)
Coach Sarah
Coach Gareth

You all did yourselves and Club One Hundred proud 👏💪❤️
