Our supplier @fafruitslondon was kind enough to send us a sample of these beautiful seasonal squashes… and, of course, Chef had an idea. 🎃✨ It took me straight back to the first P!NCH and those brilliant Challenge Round days with Miss Garlic @garlic_hunter — one ingredient, complete freedom and a little kitchen magic. From the season’s garden to our kitchen, a new weekend special was born. Available from tomorrow for a limited time only. When it’s gone, it’s gone. Everything is possible with a little bit of P!NCH magic. 💛 #PINCHFulham #WeekendSpecial #SeasonalCooking #LondonFood #ChefKuba

BEST OF BRICK LANE - EP 6 🥭 I’m eating at every restaurant on Brick Lane to find the best plant-based food 🌱 with very special guest @garlic_hunter !!🧄 this week we're trying: 📍pink aisle, upmarket this stall is mostly vegan but they do serve dairy and some meat dumplings vegan options 👇 we tried: • mango sticky rice (9.50) other options: • mango ice (9) • bubble tea (7) • vegan gelato (5) 🌱 vegan options - 6/10 a great selection but the unripe mango lost them some points. would come back for a fancy drink though 🧋 🪩 vibes - 7/10 lovely staff, a nice market stall 💸 value for money - 2/10 £9.50 for unripe mango and overcooked rice 😬 overall: 15/30 disappointing 💔 tbh I think you'll struggle to find a good mango sticky rice in the UK, our fruit is lacking 😅 but correct me if you know a spot 👀 follow along to see where I try next - new episode every week 🫶 #bricklane #veganuk #londonfoodie #veganeats #londonrestaurants

🎉 Meet our Member of the Month, Rachael! 🏆 A familiar face here at AF Tooting, @garlic_hunter is often seen putting in the work on the gym floor or hitting the pads with PT Nathan (@nathankosafo)🥊💯 Over time, the team have seen her incredible transformation take shape through sheer consistency and effort. 👏💪 Her fitness journey started with a simple goal - to feel healthier and make a positive lifestyle change. Through dedication and commitment, training has now become the most consistent part of her life. 💫 In fact, it’s become such a big part of who she is that some of her friends now jokingly refer to her as a “gym rat”! For Rachael, it’s more than just a routine, it’s an identity that makes her happy! 😊💪 A true example of the power of consistency. We’re proud to have her as part of our AF Tooting family! 🙏 Congrats, Rachael. Enjoy your well deserved Nike voucher! 🎁 #MemberOfTheMonth #FitnessJourney #transformation

January glimmers in Brighton & London 💖 friends, family, art, pets, lots of joy, a talk all about dolphins (!), and realising I have dimples sometimes… Many lovely mems despite it being the longest, slowest, and rainiest start to the year… (also ate lots of great food but that’s getting its own post) 💃🏻 (A new years aim of mine is to post the cute pics of happy memories on the grid here, and stop overthinking it & hoarding in my camera roll! Month 1 of 12 ✔️) #january2026 #januarydump #glimmers

it's my 8 year veganniversary!! I love being vegan!! it's a weird time to be vegan, but choosing compassion will never be controversial to me 🫶 it's still one of the best decisions I've ever made, for the animals, for the planet, and for myself 💚 here's to many more years of being a plant-based princess 👑🥂 #veganuk #veganfoodie #veganlondon #veganjourney #veganniversary
