KESTREL Riesling LH | Bone Dry & Unfiltered. Here we wanted to showcase some of the rare qualities of Mosel terroir. Finessed fruit and citrus 🍋, Slate 🌋minerality, Fuderfaß fermented and rested, from organically farmed grapes with 15-20% botrytis affected 🍇. The Maringer Sonnenuhr gives us long sun exposure 🌞 and the watchful eyes of the Kestrel Falcons 🦅 that support the biodiversity and maintain the 🦎 and 🐁 populations. For us, it seemed fitting to represent the Kestrel Falcons on the label as one of the unsung heroes in the vineyards. #naturalwine #vinsvivants #naturwein #maringersonnenuhr #spätlese #riesling #mosel #steepslopes #handwork #spontaneous #kestrelfalcon #kestrelfalconry #falken

Bad Behaviour Bacchus. A vibrant little bubbly, with tropical fruit and crisp apple acidity. The name and label are an ode to the male Ouessant Sheep’s who have a little “wild-child” in them and like to escape from time to time. The BBB. What’s with that logo? When we decided that the Mosel was going to be our home, we immersed ourselves in the wine community here. Most commonly, you see labels of more traditional winemakers with a picture of there house on the label. Well, when we started, we didn’t have a house. But we knew we wanted to put down roots. Our name translated means “large forest” and it felt fitting that we take a tree of life image to represent our journey and growing family. So there you have it, our roots are planted, our ambitions reaching for the sky, while growing and finding harmony in nature. #grandboisweine #storytelling #treeoflife #familybusiness #mosel

Inspiration comes in all shapes and sizes. The Unicorn Knight Chardonnay is inspired by our mutual love of chess, flamboyant colours and Unicorns. #chardonnay #petnat #vinvivant #naturwein #maring #equestrian #pferd #unicorn #mosel #maringerhonigberg #labeldesign #limitedrelease

Wintertime means that there is a little bit more time for things beyond vineyards & cellar work. In our case there was finally time to finish our website with the great support of @gboisphilippe. Thx a lot for your support. The website was drafted in German 🇩🇪 and translated to English 🇬🇧 and French 🇫🇷. And there is finally a good way to order wine directly via the webshop. If you still find any mistakes or bugs please feel free to let us know 😉 __________________ #jusnaturae #weingut #mosel #moselle #riesling #naturalwine #vinsnaturels #lowinterventionwine #organic #organicviticulture #steepslope #website #wintertime #moselwine #moselwinery
