Keep your energy consistent 💦⚡️ @gcdc_naples @trainertimp @arenainternational @usamastersdiving

Tempo work is about finding the right balance of explosive energy with controlled finesse. Power without control is chaos. #controlledchaos 🌀

Day 11 - It’s always in the #rhythm ⏱️
Starting to spin fronts and inwards pike. Need to relax so I stay back on my heels in the squat and keep my chin up for better arm circle timing.
Peep @gcdc_naples Coach @sonya_brielle ⛱️in the back ground providing feedback and being a student of the sport

Inwards need more patience on the throw.

Rise up ☀️ I’m here to make the comeback cool 😎
@gcdc_naples @usamastersdiving 🩱💦

2024 I deadlifted too high above my PR and herniated 3 discs in my cervical spine. I could not lift 3 pounds in my right hand. This injury shook me. I was in constant pain and didn’t know if I could even lift again or compete in bodybuilding 🥹….

Vinny, one of our homeschool athletes asked if I was going to try a front flip…thanks for giving me the courage to try! Kids see the world differently, we could learn a lot from them 🙏

You can comeback, if you choose. You can change, if you choose. The choice is yours 🫶🏻
