DETROIT — WE’RE NOT JUST TALKING ABOUT CHANGE. WE’RE BUILDING IT. 🏦🎀

There are not enough platforms in Detroit intentionally dedicated to MEN’S FASHION — creating space for designers who create menswear to be seen, supported and connected to a larger fashion ecosystem.

So Dusk ’Til Daun built one.

DTD BANK: A Men’s Fashion Show is bringing together youth, emerging, independent and established designers — including Black men and Black women — all showcasing their vision for menswear.

And our youth aren’t only walking the runway — some of them are DESIGNERS.

That matters.

But this runway carries an even greater purpose. 🎀

DTD BANK is also a Breast Cancer Awareness Fashion Show, using fashion as a platform to bring visibility to a cause that has impacted so many of our families and communities.

This is bigger than clothes coming down a runway.

It’s about FASHION.
It’s about IMPACT.
It’s about AWARENESS.
It’s about creating INFRASTRUCTURE.
And it’s about opening doors for the next generation.

In collaboration with Design Core Detroit, eight local fashion designers came together to showcase their beautiful designs at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church on Sept. 19 during Detroit Month of Design.

During the Moving Fashion Forward show, we saw garments inspired by the historic venue, featuring elaborate patterns, some reminiscent of stained glass, bejeweled crosses, and more.

The event was put together by Mila Mara Agency, a designer who also presented her own stunning collection for the show.
