The Aesthete Mag, Fall '25 Ephyra, Christian Jones These photos were originally taken and edited for use in a magazine project based around my friend Christian's Senior Thesis Exhibition. However, I think the textured images work pretty well on their own.

Create Crate, an idea generation kit. Welcome to your first resort when you need to jumpstart your creative practice! For a while now, I’ve wanted to have a way to use the ideas that I’ve written in my sketchbook, so for this project I chose to create the packaging for a product that helps inspire creatives during their process. Naming it the “Create Crate” was an easy decision, as it’s vague enough to apply to many disciplines while keeping a catchy alliteration in the name.  "Is it perfectionism or fear of failure? What’s holding you back from creating something you enjoy? Make it- badly. The world will keep turning." Design Choices: The design overall was inspired by shipping containers and their labeling, and I kept that throughout the logo design, outer packaging and typeface choice. Inside of the box, I included a mini creative journal, prompt cards, dice, a booklet, several other smaller items, and an introduction card on top of it all. Everything included follows the brand’s guidelines, with the logo placed for consistency. The booklet has several mental exercises, dice prompts, and even some suggested color palettes. Want to learn more about this project? See all the photos and read about my process on my website, link in bio!

I tend to only rarely- if ever- post professionally online, which is something I see myself working on moving forward. But! This #logodesignarchive trend is nice to look back upon the work I've done so far in this creative career I've chosen. Also, it's helped to see what style I've settled upon, as opposed to forcing myself into. Until I compiled these, I was under the impression that I was more of a fan of textured typography. Now, seeing them all in one document not only solidified that sentiment for me, but also really highlighted some gaps in the work that I culled and chose NOT to include here. With that being said- I have some ideas for some new personal projects, stay tuned. This post was not written with AI, and thank you to @logoarchive for being the original creators of this format.
