Today marked my first public “TRAINING FOR DANCERS” workshop, and I had the honor of being assisted by my brother @beastboi_moves 🫡

It was an incredible experience to share tools and techniques to help dancers become stronger, more aware, and better connected to their bodies—not just as artists, but as athletes.

I truly believe this kind of training and mindset is essential as we continue to evolve in this art form we call StreetDance. Looking forward to sharing even more in the near future! 😎 Look out for the next date in July!

I definitely ate more than I usually do at events. Shoutout to @laomazing_eats for the mango sticky rice that literally made my brain buzz in the best way, @fullsend.bbq for my new favorite Mac & cheese (my expectations for Mac are ruined), & @longbeachlumpia came thru with the vegan lumpia!

What a dream come true it was to share and exchange just good vibes to @movement.lifestyle @ml.danceclasses 💚🖤 I can’t thank everyone enough who truly took time to come through and just have great time. Dance to me, no matter the level was always been a positive, healing, and fun experience and no matter whether you are a novice to professional dancer, my purpose is to remind the whole world to keep loving dance. To keep moving for your hearts and feel good… and it starts with the people, the community, your humble grounds and man… I can’t thank @shaunevaristo @ayehasegawa & @viennaluu enough for truly having that faith in me to serve in that beautiful space! SOOOO GRATEFUL! Thank you everybody who came through, sent me love messages on having a great class, shared the flyer, helped the spread the word on my class, just EVERYTHING! This meant the world to me!
