Running to tell my husband he was right about my form…
I will not be taking questions at this time. 😂

His POV 🤝 My POV

Powered by love & miles. 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️🤍

Just a little trial reel as I continue stepping outside my comfort zone and trying new things. No perfect transitions. No pressure. Just two runners, our favorite handshake, and a shared love for the journey.

Every beginning starts with a first attempt. ✨

One thing I've learned on this journey is that growth requires you to disappoint the version of yourself that wants everyone's approval.

Most people won't remember your workout.

Most people won't remember your pace.

Most people won't remember if you looked awkward trying something new.

But you'll remember the days you quit because you were afraid of being judged.

The reality is that nobody can do the work for you.

Not the critics.
Not the spectators.
Not the people watching from the sidelines.

Your goals require discipline, not approval.

So run the mile 🏃‍♂️
Lift the weight 🏋️‍♀️
Take the class 📖
Post the progress 💪

Because a year from now, you'd rather be proud of your consistency than comfortable in other people's opinions.

I'm learning to focus less on who's watching and more on who I'm becoming.

Hey 👋 Your future self doesn't care what they think. She cares that you kept going. ✨

Editing "I can't" into "I did." 💪🏽

I’m not here because I’ve figured it all out.
I’m here because I’m learning, how to shift my mindset, how to build better habits, and how to keep showing up for myself even when i feel uncertain.

And if you’re watching this, I hope it reminds you that change is possible for you too.
You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to start!

We’re becoming better, together. 🩷🌸

In just 2 weeks, I edited my 5K time from 41 minutes to 34 minutes. That's 7 minutes faster 🎉🎊 not from perfection, but from consistency.

Every run taught me something. Every mile challenged me. Every finish reminded me that growth happens when you keep showing up.

Rekay Fit Edits isn't just a name. It's proof that i can edit my mindset, my habits, and limits.

From "I can't" to "I did." 🩷✔️

🎀 First Competitive 5K: Completed ✔️🏅

Discipline carried me farther than motivation ever could. Today I proved to myself that showing up consistently works.

3.1 miles.
One finish line.
A whole new level of confidence.

🌸 Edited "I can't" into "I did."

🩷 What is my Why?

My why is simple: im building something. I will no longer complain about what I didnt do or what i cant do. ll focus on what I can do going forward. 💯

I have the courage and grit to get on that track and dominate. I have the courage to do it scared, do it while people are looking, do it if people dont understand the reason.

Im building something!

Everytime i approach the field, everytime i know im about to run 🏃‍♀️, fear creeps in and something wants to tell me im not qualified.

My goal is to do it scared 😱, do it wrong and try again if I fail.

I understand that im not perfect 🙂 but I live in my authenticity and thats all that matters.
