💖 got a PB at @londonmarathon !! 4:31 - the support meant the world, but not as much as those who kindly offered to rub my CHAFE 🍑 - 2 and DONE! Never again… (I think 👀) Running alongside my best friends @tatummcgreal & @tom__fenn meant the world. And a big up to @f45batterseapark for keeping me moving in the build up!! #londonmarathon

The @winterrunseries is one of the capital’s most iconic races, full of atmosphere, energy, and big city buzz. It’s a special one for us because it was the first big race that we ran together as a club back in 2023 ☃️❄️🐧 If you need a reason to keep training strong through the winter, this is it! We’ve secured exclusive discounted places for the TRC community at the 2026 event… 👉🏽 TRC Price: £36.45 (+ booking fee) 💸 Regular Price: £50 (+ booking fee) That’s a great saving just for our crew! To grab a discounted spot: 1️⃣ Make sure you’re in the TRC WhatsApp group 2️⃣ Fill in the Google Sheet on our Races chat Places will be first come, first served, so don’t wait too long. We can’t wait to see the TRC kit flying through the streets of London again. If you’re not in our WhatsApp group, please comment I❤️TRC on this post and we’ll get you added. #TootingRunClub #I❤️TRC #RunWithTahir #TSVisualz #MoveConnectBelong #TRCCommunity #TRCTogether #TRCFamily #ThisIsTRC #TRCMondays #TootingLife #SouthLondonRunning #TootingBec #LondonRunners #TootingTrack #IntervalSession #RunClubVibes #RunnersOfInstagram #RunStagram #TrackTuesday #KeepMovingForward #StrongerTogether #PushYourLimits #FindYourStrong #RunnerCommunity #TRCEvents #BalhamNewsie #TootingNewsie #TRCVolunteers #RunWithPurpose

Good luck, Gina ❤️ Our pal & colleague @georginaruns has left London to move back home up north. And while we’re sad to see her go, we couldn’t be more grateful for everything she’s brought to @tootingrunclub A TRC OG, Gina has been with us since day one—our very first session back in March 2022. She quickly became a huge part of our community and has been a person of many firsts: ✨ The first person (other than me!) to proudly use the #tootingrunclub hashtag and add TRC to her profile. ✨ Our first female run leader on Wednesdays. ✨ The very first Featured Runner of the Month. ✨ A regular TRC photographer, capturing moments with her modern smartphone 📸 ✨ The one who brought music to track sessions, keeping the vibes high. 🎶 ✨ An occasional stand-in coach, and co-leader of first-timer briefings. But Gina didn’t just lead others—she made huge progress as a runner herself. Starting in the Green Group, she steadily worked her way up to Reds, then went on to smash her marathon PBs in Chicago and Berlin, after first taking on London ⭐️⭐️⭐️ From leading runs to pushing her own limits, from welcoming newcomers to inspiring seasoned runners, Gina has left an incredible mark on TRC. Gina, we’ll miss you massively—but you’ll always be part of TRC. Good luck for the future! #tootingrunclub #runwithtahir #tsvisualz #i❤️trc #georginaruns
