Patellar tendon lit up during warmup so we ran the tramp today

99% of vc goes to @csjuego who also landed his first backflips today!

Real talk @gerufy is the goat for inviting me out here a little under a year back. Talk to people in the gym. Never know how it could pan out

He’s also a pain in my ass on account of being both much stronger than me and better at gymnastics. Bugger. 😭

After over a year of training, I've finally reached a point where I can do these planche presses on my own. Even tho there are a bunch of form breaks I'm happy with it. And I couldn't have done it by myself, this is the work of a community of people that have either given me solid advice or physically helped me. Thank you to everyone who is tagged and to the random strangers who have helped me at the gym🙏

I think I got my swagger back 👀

Been a long road getting my leg strength back post gym shutdowns but we made it 🫡 with plenty in the tank! Much love to all those who have pushed me and make me better. LETS GROW.

Passion doesn’t ask where the finish line is. Doesn’t ask how how much further or how much longer . It’s head down and sprint like the finish line is inches away when it could be miles . It’s not giving your aches and pains power because you’re too focused on what you haven’t yet done but will soon achieve. Passion doesn’t do it for external gratification it’s for that voice inside that’s says KEEP going, we’re not done yet.
Grateful for all these people sharing in this journey ! #findyourtribe #buildyourtribe #squad

We will call this Rebuilding Yuri, I’m back to running a Conjugate system , that’s meathead talk for I’m going to lift heavy and fast often. Have some big goals to hit before 2021. Here is 415lbs for a Snatch deadlift 😘
