September’s monthly fitness assessment is coming👀💪

This week our coaching staff put it to the test:

20 yard sled push ➡️ 20 yard sled pull ➡️ 40 yard farmer’s carry

Men: 2 plates on the sled + 53lb farmer’s carry
Woman: 1 plate on the sled + 35lb farmer’s carry

Nothing fancy, just a test of functional strength, grip strength, conditioning, and your ability to keep pushing 💯

The coaches got after it this week, and next week it’s your turn. We are excited to see everyone try it out and have some fun while working hard 🔥

Strength training is more than the workout you complete in the hour you’re here.

It’s about learning how to move well, building confidence, having a plan that fits you, and having coaches who are invested in your success every step of the way.

In this reel, our coaches answer some of the questions we hear most often:
💬 What makes Evexia different?
💬 Why work with a coach?
💬 What is our training philosophy?
💬 What do we hope every client leaves with?

If you’ve ever been curious about what it’s like to train with us, this is a great place to start.

Questions? Drop them below or send us a message—we’d love to help you take the next step💪

No two plans look the same. Your schedule, your portions, your routine, your preferences. Everything needs to revolve around you.

▶️ In our most recent episode of Inside Evexia, Coach Jacque Smith breaks down why daily structure and meal timing look different for every person we work with, and how we build consistency around where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

Everyone knows that sound... 😂🏋️

We asked our coaches one simple question:
“What sound does a barbell make when you rack it?”

The answers? Exactly what you’d expect. 😂🎤

The best coaching teams don’t just coach together, they train together 💪

Pushing, training, and challenging each other is what keeps us growing as a team. Also provides a great opportunity for us to share ideas and experience different approaches so we can continue refining our craft.

That means better workouts, better coaching, and a better experience for every member who walks through our doors.

Always learning. Always improving. Always leading by example 👊

Behind every great coach is a commitment to never stop learning📚💪

Our coaches are constantly continuing their education, sharpening their skills, and finding new ways to better support every member who walks through our doors. Because being the best coach means always being willing to learn, grow, and evolve.

We don’t just train hard — we study hard too 🔥
