Heyyyyy now, big thanks to @ashevillefilmfestival for the honor of “best sfx makeup” - and the biggest props to the stupidly talented and cool Megan Grant @getdeadcrew whose works is specifically honored with this award. We are so happy Megan is in our rambunctious little art band and look forward to many more together!

Happy 34th birthday to my longtime client and friend, @rjmitte.

For the last 13+ years, we’ve traveled the world together as you’ve worked to inspire and make a difference wherever you go. I’ve watched you sit down with Presidents and Prime Ministers, and then less than an hour later, stop on the sidewalk to have a conversation with a homeless man in front of our hotel without a second thought.

I’ve watched you grow from a 21-year-old kid who used to run circles around me into one of the most inspiring men I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing.

Your ability to genuinely care about people and your desire to make this world a better place are truly unmatched. I’m incredibly blessed to have been part of your team for the past 13 years and, more importantly, to call you a friend.

I hope you have an amazing day. I’ll see you soon man.

Its concert season! & yall know your ghoul loves a live show. I have 5. Yes 5.. different shows on my lineup just for this month alone!!!!! None of them are at the super cool and notorious milestones. But you should def go there soon.

🎵the home team @ skyla tonight
🎵 ashnikko @ filmore tmrw
🎵 kid Cudi next week
🎵sevendust
🎵 little stranger

Will I see you at any of these?? What's the next show on your calendar?? :)

I cant wait to wiggle to some of my favorite songs with some of my favorite humans. 💓
& i hope I get to sling some hair any makeups back stage again sooon! Hmu if you or your band need a fresh look 🤘

My ride or die, social media less, the enid to my Wednesday Addams. Tbt to that summer we lived 2 mins from pnc and spent like almost 1 night a week at a show

The milestones cool af and you should go there. For like anything really. But def for digital noir 🖤

I can't fucking eat food most places bc weee allergies. But like who wants to spend 87 dollars on a shifty burger and wait in line, missing half the set??

Did you know you can bring your own food into pnc/truliant/Verizon/blockbuster whatever the fuck that venue wants to be called. I highly recommend it. Saves money and time.

I also dont really drink.. which also saves Hella money 🤪😂😅

Tbt to working and playing at blue ride rock festival with @ew_ellie_
Idgaf what yall say that featival was always so much fun and had some real potential before the literal shit and storms took it out #blueridgerockfestival

My least favorite venue. But my hair looked good so whateva

Lawn goblins with @big_vindustin

I have no idea what show this was.. but fck this was such a great summer

Little stranger show at filmore. I caught these dudes opening up for !mayday¡ a million years ago and LOVED their set. Now their big ballas and playing major festivals ans selling out shows. I fucking love that for them and I love their live show 🤘 I've honestly lost count how many times I've seen them . But im stoked to see them again at the end of may

Bbno$ show with one of my favorite ghouls!!!! @kittenkatthebrat this was such a fun showwww.
Let's wiggle again soooon plz 💓🎵💕✨️

Megan Grant: Hair and Scare Extraordinaire - This Saturday MARCH 7TH at Matthews Comic Con!!

Join us in the Fullwood Theater this Saturday at 4pm for a live special effect makeup demo by the owner of Get Dead Crew, Megan Grant!

Megan has spent a decade recreating iconic looks for horror actors and wrestling legends. She has repeatedly worked with Sid Haig, Kane Hodder, Bill Moseley, Charles Wright, R.A. Mihailof, Butch Patrick Eugene Clark, and many more, bringing fan-favorite characters back to life for appearances and photo ops! Photos of her work have even been published on TMZ and in dozens of news articles across the country.

From polished airbrush applications to practical gore, Megan’s work is about real materials, real techniques, and real results. This free demo is your chance to see how she builds effects in real time and ask questions about her work.

If you love practical makeup, monster creation, and seeing creatures come together right in front of you, her demo is a must see!

Megan will also be offering makeup and fairy hair throughout the day in the Fullwood Theater lobby!
