Men, let’s talk! For Mental Health Awareness Month we've teamed up with @purplecouchtherapy to kick off an event series called “I Love You Bro: A Men's Mental Health Meetup.”

ILYB is a monthly event to help men make real connections in a non-judgmental space. Here you can talk openly about the things you’re dealing with without fear of stigma or shame.

Each meetup will have a theme, great vibes, and occasionally there will even be a therapist present from Purple Couch to help facilitate!

Everyone needs a place to talk, and we believe that healing and growth come from intentional gatherings like this. So men, it’s time to build each other up and create a stronger community together.

RSVP at the link in our bio! A big thank you to Purple Couch for giving us a space to do this! Your optional donations will go towards their community therapy efforts as well as towards helping us keep this meetup going.

“Hey everyone! The Readi community and I have teamed up to bring you an intimate month of nervous system nourishing yoga! We’ll be exploring asana through a trauma informed, nervous system-supportive lens. We’re very grateful to be having these sessions at the gallery in @mercuryprojectsa, a space with good ventilation and lots of room to spread out. Participants will be limited to 8, so please RSVP. To respect the space we are creating, doors will close and lock at 10:05. Please be early, and bring a mat. We can’t wait to flow with you!”
