Boundaries aren’t rules. They’re orientation.

In this clip, Dakota Ramppen (@getrealwithdakota) cuts through the trend cycle: “Boundaries are about you—not controlling others.”
Avoidance isn’t a boundary. Rules aren’t boundaries.

Boundaries are where you stand. Others can meet you there—or not.

Pause. Where do you default to black-and-white thinking—chest, gut, jaw? Breathe there. Discernment is an embodied skill.

Wellness Takeover has been a vision for so long, and we finally brought it to life, a full day of movement, healing, and joy, all rooted in our cultura.

To @arlohotels thank you for holding space for us. To @ns.nuestrasalud for being our community sponsor and @tadinteas for the takeover sponsorship, your support made this possible.

To our incredible instructors: Dakota, Pamela, Vero, Mel y Naty, you poured so much heart into every class, every word, every moment. We are forever grateful 🙏🏽

Thank you to @labrujabrenda for the tarot readings, @joyful.latina for aura readings & the closing circle, and @innerpttrn for the oil blends.

And to every mujer who showed up for herself, who chose rest, movement, pleasure, boundaries, joy, we SEE you. Your presence made this magic real.

Healing isn’t a destination. It’s a practice.

Dakota Ramppen (@getrealwithdakota) names it honestly: “Healing isn’t a place you arrive to—it’s about building a relational toolkit.”

Even coaches with credentials still meet jealousy, anxiety, insecurity. What changes is capacity—and tools that actually work.

Pause. Where do you expect yourself to be “done”?
Breathe there. Let progress replace perfection.

Meet the voice guiding one of our most powerful conversations of the day. Dakota who will be leading our afternoon workshop on The Art of Receiving: Expanding Your Capacity for Pleasure — a conversation about expanding your capacity for support, desire, and intimacy.

So many of us know how to give, lead, and hold everything together… but receiving? That’s a different skill.

In this session, Dakota will guide us through a thoughtful and grounded exploration of what it means to open ourselves to more connection, softness, and self-trust.

Expect honest conversation, reflection, and a safe space to explore topics we don’t talk about nearly enough.

Join us for the Wellness Takeover on March 14.

Tickets are in the link in bio.

Play needs a container.

“We need a frame. We need a container. Once we embody that container, we can play.”

Experimentation matters—but without a lived framework, we lose orientation. Capacity grows when the nervous system knows the edges.

Pause. Where does your body feel steadier with structure—chest, belly, hips?

Breathe there. Design the container that lets desire move freely.

- To know me is to know I love a good time lapse! 🤩

Flashback to exactly a year ago when @wildnayo asked me to photograph her first major event, @thevelvetroom.experience , a women’s intimacy workshop centered on sex positivity ❤️‍🔥

I was so proud of her for stepping into this moment and bringing her vision to life. Watching the space transform, seeing everything come alive, and being part of the process will always be something I cherish.

More of this in 2026 photographing meaningful events and the moments behind them

The myth: “Tough love” means harshness and shaming.

The truth (Dakota Ramppen — @getrealwithdakota): tough love = naming hard truths with compassion.

Face the shadow, keep empathy online, and do the work that makes you a better partner and friend.

Feel where that lands—throat, chest, belly.

Don’t analyze it. Breathe it.
