WellHaus is back. ✨

Presented by Selah Health, WellHaus is where Pilates meets recovery. Powered by Sweat + Soul Studios and led by one of Houston’s most incredible instructors, Dominique, we’re creating an intentional space for women to move, recharge, and connect.

Following Pilates, guests can explore curated recovery stations, discover incredible wellness brands, enjoy thoughtful giveaways and goodies, and experience the kind of meaningful connection that makes wellness so much more than a workout.

And we’re not stopping there. Join us for The Cool Down at 6:30 PM for an evening of community, connection, and good energy.

Every detail is intentional. Every partner brings something special. And every woman deserves space to invest in her well-being.

Last year, we sold out, and we can’t wait to welcome you back. 🤎

A heartfelt thank-you to our incredible partners for helping bring this experience to life.

Grab your early bird tickets and come experience WellHaus with us.

What a weekend. 🤎

I came to New Orleans for Curate and left feeling deeply grateful for the women I got to meet and the kind of room I got to be in.

Women who are faith-driven. Women who are building. Women who are leading. Women who are creating beautiful lives. And, most importantly, women who genuinely want to see other women win.

New Orleans really is a girls’ girl city!

And I’m incredibly grateful to have won the @curateforwomen Pitch Competition and to have the opportunity to keep building Selah, expanding preventative health and wellness, and ultimately helping more women live healthier, longer lives.

it's the little habits consistently overtime that add up and change your life.

I'm on a mission to live 100 healthy years and building in these daily habits into my life have unlocked so much margin, ease, and consistency.

What are some of the habits that have changed your life?

No one really tells you how much your body changes as you get older.

And honestly, I’m realizing that caring for my body isn’t something I want to wait to prioritize when something starts to feel wrong.

How I sleep. How I move. What I eat. How I manage stress. How I rest.

It all matters.

I’m less interested in just looking good now and more interested in aging well—having the strength, energy, health, and capacity to live fully for a long time.

Longevity isn’t something I’ll worry about later.
It’s something I’m building now.

What’s one thing you’re doing to care for your body to age well?

As we build a new blueprint for entrepreneurship and innovation, we have to ask: How are we actually sustaining ourselves beyond finances and drive?

At Camelback, we believe sustainable impact doesn’t just come from strategy, capital, or scale. It comes from people who are well enough to carry the vision forward.

And so, wellness becomes a necessary conversation at Guardian Summit.

We’re honored to welcome Dr. Wizdom Powell — a nationally recognized psychologist, policy leader, and CEO whose work has shaped how we think about mental health, equity, and systemic change.

She’ll be joined by Camelback Alum Alicia Williams, founder of Selah Health, who is pioneering a new category of hormone-informed performance intelligence.

💡 Together, they’ll explore a question many of us have been quietly holding:
What does it look like to build, lead, and innovate without losing ourselves in the process?

Because if we’re serious about creating new systems, we also have to be serious about our wellness within them.

This Women's History Month, we're highlighting women who are building differently. 🌿✨

Meet @getselah.app founder Alicia Williams — entrepreneur, innovator, and the woman redefining what rest looks like for ambitious women everywhere.

After scaling multiple companies and earning recognition from Google, SXSW, and AWS, Alicia turned her own burnout into a breakthrough — and Selah was born.

"Sometimes the most revolutionary act is simply stopping to breathe."

We're featuring her story as part of our #HoustonExponential Women's History Month series.

What I’ve learned about my body changed everything.

You can’t out-discipline your body… because it’s not a machine. It’s a nervous system. And when you learn to work with it instead of against it, everything starts to shift.

In this clip, I’m answering a question from my conversation with Alicia, CEO of Selah, from our webinar “Listen to your body: Learn what your hormones are really telling you.”

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing “all the right things” but still not seeing results, this is for you.

2025 had big moments but God met me in the small ones.

The micro joys.
The in-between memories.
The moments I almost overlooked in the rush to reflect.

This year taught me that not everything sacred is loud. Some things are whispered and some things are only meant to be remembered.

What’s one quiet joy 2025 gave you?
