YOU WERE NEVER CREATED TO DO LIFE ALONE. 🤍 Somewhere along the way, we started confusing isolation with peace and independence with strength. But the truth is, you can be strong on your own and still need people. You need people who will pray with you, encourage you, challenge you, celebrate you, and remind you of who God called you to be. And sometimes, the very community you’ve been praying for requires you to step outside your comfort zone. That’s why I started Grace & Pace! It’s bigger than running. It’s about creating a space where strangers become friends, where everyone feels welcome, and where nobody has to pretend they have it all together. You can’t keep praying for community while being unwilling to show up for it. 🫶🏽 You got this ! So here’s your invitation. 🤍 📍 GRACE & PACE RUN CLUB | LOUISVILLE, KY 🗓 Thursday, October 15 ⏰ Meet at 6:30 PM | Run at 6:45 PM 📍 1515 River Rd, Louisville, KY 40206 Walk, jog, or run. ALL PACES WELCOME. COME ALONE. BRING SOMEBODY. JUST DON’T LET FEAR KEEP YOU FROM SHOWING UP. And if you know somebody who’s been feeling isolated lately, send this to them. You never know what one invitation could mean to someone. ☺️ “As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.” — Proverbs 27:17

Being a disciple of Jesus Christ requires discipline. For me, that started in the gym and grew into choosing prayer, obedience, and feeding on his word—even when I don’t feel like it. Motivation comes and goes. Following Jesus is a daily choice. ✝️ Let’s follow Jesus together! Follow this page for more faith & fitness inspiration. 💜 . . . #ChristianFitness #FaithAndFitness #ChristianMotivation #Discipline #FollowingJesus

🎤 WORSHIP LEADER SPOTLIGHT: MORGAN 🙌🏾💜 She doesn’t just have a heart for worship. She has a heart for helping people KNOW the God they’re worshiping! 🔥 We are so excited to welcome Morgan as our worship leader for WORKOUT & WORSHIP: RUN YOUR RACE! 🏁 Morgan is an educator, worship leader, and seminary student with a passion for helping others grow deeper in their faith and walk confidently in Christ. As the Teaching & Discipleship Director for Bates Memorial’s Young Adult Ministry, she is intentional about creating spaces where people can ask honest questions, build meaningful relationships, and learn how to LIVE OUT their faith beyond Sunday morning. 📖 What we love most is her heart for WORSHIP, WELLNESS & COMMUNITY — three things that are at the very foundation of Spiritually Fitt! Because worship is so much more than a song we sing. It’s a life we live, a heart surrendered, and a body presented to God as a living sacrifice. ✝️ We’re honored to have another sister in Christ joining us to serve, encourage, and lead us into worship as we continue learning what it means to be FITT FOR PURPOSE! 💪🏾 📖 “Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.” — Psalm 150:6 KJV 🏁 WORKOUT & WORSHIP: RUN YOUR RACE 📅 Saturday, October 17 | 1–3 PM 📍 One Stop Fitness | 5324 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY Come ready to MOVE, WORSHIP, FELLOWSHIP, and encounter God in a different atmosphere! 🙌🏾 🎟️ REGISTRATION IS OPEN — LINK IN BIO! The weight I had to lay aside wasn’t all on the scale. 🏃🏾‍♀️✝️ Exactly one year apart. From a 17-minute mile to almost 9:50—but there’s more to this transformation than a faster pace. Learning to run the race God set before me has also meant surrendering what was hindering me. Old habits. Old mindsets. The need to prove my worth. New pace. Deeper faith. Still becoming. 🤍 What are you carrying that God is calling you to lay aside? WORKOUT & WORSHIP “Run your Race” October 17th! 1-3 @onestopfitnessky REGISTRATION LINK IN BIO Hebrews 12:1 🙌🏾 #SpirituallyFitt #FaithAndFitness #RunYourRace
