Ajman Triathlon 🏊🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️ One thing I’ve learned from my triathlon journey is that every race is different and sometimes the lessons we learn are more important than the result itself I wanted to share this especially with those who are new to triathlon and found the Ajman race difficult because of the heat and humidity , We can’t control the weather but we can learn how to deal with it . For me personally I wasn’t at my best and didn’t perform the way I wanted , But this is part of the sport , Even the best athletes in the world face these challenges and sometimes they have to stop during a race What I want to say is that sport is not just about winning or getting good results. It teaches us patience, strength and discipline. It helps us discover what we are capable of and gives us the chance to meet new people, learn about different cultures and enjoy new experiences Don’t let one race result bring you down and don’t compare yourself to others. Look back at your race and learn from your mistakes. Your next race might be better or it might not. Progress takes time, patience and consistency The most important thing is to keep going and enjoy the sport because what you gain from this journey is much more than just a race result And at the end of the day everything happens by the will of Allah ❤️💪🏼

Its been four weeks since I fractured my hip racing Ironman Dali 70.3 in China. Happy to say that the road to recovery has officially started. A 1km swim in the pool, pushing off with 1 leg. Not flashy... but feels great to be moving again. No races planned so no pressure to be back by a future date. I will chose something when I feel right. In the meantime focusing on each day as it comes and supporting as best I can the athletes we coach. #swimbikerun #triathlontraining #triathlonlifestyle #trisutto
