THIS IS ALL ABOUT GETTING YOUR FULL RANGE OF MOTION FIRST

Go as wide as you need to, to go all the way down to your neck.

Then SLOWLY build up strength over time.

But your first few times doing this exercise should absolutely be 4-5 working sets x 12-15 reps

This is not to go super heavy until you’ve become COMPLETELY comfortable with the range of motion and doesn’t feel uncomfortable pressing as hard as you can in this position.

If you’re always being told sit perfect upright and lock your knee hard as you can and never told to focus on the stretch, this might be what you’re struggling to feel the upper outer thigh sweep.

Leaning back is okay. It’s another variation. Different variations for different goals.

Give this a shot, train hard. Push your seat back far as it goes to allow yourself to lean back as much as you can.

3-4 sets x 20, 15, 15, 12-15 drop to 10 drop to 10

Our newest addition to land at the Lair is the Animal ISO Linear Row! This Smith Row has the perfect set up for bent over rows, It was designed to remove all stability issues vs a barbell row. Its adjustable handles (narrow, mid and wide grip) allows the user to adjust the rotating handles to the position in which the user desires, in order to target the back in multiple places. Also standard is its adjustable foot platform and adjustable seat.

This is only 1 of the 10 new machines to land at the lair. Keep your eyes peeled for the next deliveries to come in the very near future! Wait until you see what's coming! It's going to be wild!

We know you will love them all!
This is Lair Life!
The best is yet to come!

This is by far one of the best over all thigh development exercises you can do after squats and lunges. Efficient and effective. Hit quads adductors adductors glutes hams everything. Full range of motion is key.

Leg press open taint knees to chest. Humble yourself and get to work on the depth and range of motion!

Yes!
