My body has changed a LOT since becoming a mom.

This is the body that made Ava, carried and delivered her at 41, and somehow is still functioning on questionable amounts of sleep. 😂🤍

I’m grateful for what my body has done. These days, between being a mom, building my real estate business, and basically running a tiny human’s entire operation, my workouts have become very…
express-o. ☕️😂

Quick. Efficient. Get in, get it done, and get back to my people.

Motherhood has made me realize that taking care of myself isn’t selfish. It’s part of taking care of the woman, wife, mom, and person I am becoming.

So here’s to the quick workouts, the messy hair, the changing body, the busy days… and making a little time for ME. One express-o workout at a time. ☕️💪🏼✨

Well… apparently I’m not 24 anymore. My husband made sure of that… Rude. 😂 But honestly, I wouldn’t trade 42 for 24.

This was my first official birthday with Ava, which made this year especially meaningful. There’s something indescribable about celebrating while holding the little person who has completely changed the meaning of life.

I’m also so grateful for the family and friends who make life feel full—those who call, text, sweat through a workout, raise a glass, gather around a table, laugh, eat, and celebrate not just my birthday, but my LIFE. The people who show up are such a precious gift.

Turning 42 reminded me that life isn’t measured by the number of candles, but by who is standing beside you when you blow them out. 🥂❤️

And to my husband—thank you for helping me create the greatest gift of my life, our Ava; for creating our birthday workout, training my friends, celebrating with me, and helping turn the life we once dreamed about into the life we get to live every day. I feel so incredibly blessed to have you, to have Ava, and to have this life.

Here’s to 42. To family. To friends. To health. To love. To showing up. And to another trip around the sun with the people who make it all worth celebrating. ☀️✨

Another summer in the books with my lil brother Dakota Jones. The former NSU centerfielder finished the year with a .314 Batting Average, 940 OPS, .410 OBP, 5 Home Runs & 11 Doubles. After a great offseason together, he’s is looking to build on that momentum this upcoming season at St Thomas University. Couldn’t be prouder of your development both on & off the field. Looking forward to seeing you take advantage of this new opportunity. Keep your foot on the gas 🏎️💨
