Had the honor and pleasure this past weekend of crewing friends as they raced the Mountain Lakes 100 by @gobeyondracing.

It’s hard for me to put into words how much it meant for me and my family to be there, to be trusted to support and help push our friends to finish.

So I made a little “movie” of some of my favorite moments!

What I can say is these are memories I will cherish my entire life. 🫶

Mountain Lakes 100 ✔️
That was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I am so proud of my body for allowing me to push it this far and get across that finish line. It truly was like living life in a day.
I experienced so many high highs and low lows. It started getting hard 20 miles in and somehow I was still running at mile 99. I’m grateful for my team @leanaleo and @ggisi for supporting me and spending their weekend losing sleep to push me through.

This course takes you along the PCT from Mt. Jefferson to Hood and back. I saw so many lakes and watched the sun rise as I climbed up the longest climb back to the finish. Doing hard things is what makes me feel the most alive⛰️
