We don’t want our tax dollars to fund genocide!

This week, the U.S. Senate will hold the first vote in history to directly block weapons to Israel. The Joint Resolutions of Disapproval (JRDs) introduced by Senators Sanders, Welch, and Merkley would stop $20 billion in major arms sales to Israel. This $20 billion weapons sale includes $774 million worth of the VERY SAME 120 mm tank rounds that Israel used to murder 6-year-old Palestinian girl Hind Rajab in January 2024.

The U.S. must stop arming Israel now. Our tax dollars should:

✅ Fund homes, ❌ not drones!
✅ Fund healthcare, ❌ not warfare!
✅ Fund books, ❌ not bombs!

When Army Veteran Thom Keppen asked Rhode Island Senator Jack Reed to vote yes on the Joint Resolutions of Disapproval that would block $20 billion weapons to Israel, the Senator acknowledged Israel’s systematic violations of international humanitarian law but refused to make a commitment to stop sending them the weapons they are using to do so.

Sen. Reed has received a career total of $402,602 from the Israel lobby and at least $232,400 from Defense Industry PACs in the 2019-2024 cycle alone.

The upcoming Senate vote to block weapons to Israel will be the first in history and every Senator should feel pressure from their constituents to stop 👏🏼 arming 👏🏼 Israel. Take action with the links in our bio!
