পথে পথে সিনেমা | Cinema On The Go | নম্বর ০০২

Last time, we brought people together around a screen. This time, we're taking the screen out into the open, right at Dhanmondi Lake Park.

One takes a closer look at misogyny and the language we use every day, while the other unfolds around family, relationships, and the tensions that surface when everyone comes together. Two films, two different worlds.

Link in bio.

We are humbled to be able to kickstart "পথে পথে সিনেমা: Cinema on the go" in collaboration with @ghar.tera and hoping to hit more spaces around the city soon with our moving cinema theater initiative 🙏🏽

If you also have a space to share with us where we can watch something, talk, question, laugh and breathe together, do let us know where and what kind of space with an approximate capacity, we will try to circle back and show up with our theatre at your doorstep someday 📽️

Sincere gratitude to all our guests for filling our space over the weekend with so much warmth and curiosity and @molla4803 for gracing us with his wit and wisdom along with his memorable creations, it's a privilege to be able to have him among all of us 🌻

Last but not the least, heartfelt gratitude to Ohie+Siam+Sanjit+Jabeer+Hafsha+Manan+Apurbo for pulling this off together as a team 💪🏽 Hoping to witness many more of these moments of magic and madness in the future! 💛

Folks, your tote bags have arrived! Now you can carry your existential dread and your groceries in the same crying-eye aesthetic. The revolution will be sold separately, but the guilt is free with every purchase. Get yours before the trend expires or the soul finishes rotting.
