Yesterday Panther went to the next dimension..13 yrs ago he found me . After escaping a life of chains and abuse. When took him in. he was youngest of #4pack.. when left he was oldest of 4pack. It's a end of a chapter the OG 4PACK Is gone. But the cycle will continue . Never made plans to get a dog. I just never turned one a way when higher power sent one to me.I didn't choose the #pittylife it choose me. #nothing lasts forever except memories .. #enbsl #spreadtherumor

A few nights ago, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Floydy. He was a master at turning any situation around but the time had finally come that he couldn’t fight any longer. He had been fighting with a severe case of Inflammatory Bowel Disease along with Lymphoma. When the time came, I let him know how loved he was, even by people whom he never met personally. I reminded him, how many people fought for him. How so much community came together to help him heal. From those who walked him during his recovery, to the drivers who drove him from Texas, to my niece who did the heavy lifting, Raúl for always watching over him, to the ones who oversaw him through his surgeries, or even those who just asked and checked in on him for updates. I will forever be grateful @lovingtexaspetassistance and @ghettorescue for not giving up on him in a time of crisis and fighting for him so that he could become my family. I know this is starting to sound like a speech, but that thanks also extends to his vet Dr. Chris Berg and the staff at @smvetgroup whom was brave enough to right the wrongs done upon him and perform the surgeries to make his life one worth living. Dr. Berg always went above and beyond for Floyd and never missed an opportunity to make Floyd’s life more enjoyable despite his unique physicality’s. Floyd will be forever in our hearts and a constant reminder how much community can do when we pull together.

We said goodbye to our Pearl today. She was the first foster we ever had and of course we adopted her. She was such a sweet soul who loved everyone and everything. She lived life to the fullest and we learned a lot from her. She helped us welcome all our foster pups and she made them feel safe. We are so grateful to have been her humans and family. She gave us so much unconditional love and we will miss her sweet and funny spirit. Run fast sweet Pearl!!! You are free!!! 🤍🤎🐾🌈🥕💔 Thank you @ghettorescue for trusting us! She was such an amazing sweet girl!!

TRANSPORT COMPLETE!

Lupita’s journey to her happily ever after 🤍

After being abandoned while pregnant, Lupita was taken in as a stray by a Los Angeles shelter. @ghettorescue worked quickly to find her a safe place, hoping to pull her before she gave birth, but sadly, her puppies were born in the shelter. They brought Lupita and her newborns into a loving foster home where they were surrounded by around the clock love and care. Despite every effort, her puppies passed away one by one. It was an incredibly heartbreaking chapter in her story.

Through it all, Lupita showed resilience. After being spayed, her fosters poured their love into helping her heal. Slowly her joyful, playful spirit returned. The same dog who endured so much loss began to shine.

This journey was made possible thanks to an amazing team effort! Our Flight Angels, Arlinda and Tracy stepped up to get Lupita HOME!
They tag teamed BUR → DAL → AUS, where she met her new mama and the start of her beautiful next chapter.
We are so grateful for both Tracy and Arlinda for donating a part of their day to helping a rescue in need. We couldn’t have done it without them.

Lupita, your story is one of strength, resilience and hope. Your future is bright, sweet girl. Enjoy your happily ever after 🤍
