Monday after competition, and every athlete who stepped on the mats this weekend showed up to train again. 👊

Win or lose, the work continues.

This is what makes it all worth it. Not just the medals, but the commitment, the discipline, and the willingness to keep showing up and getting better.

Proud of this team.

Pan Pacific Bronze Medalist 🥉had a fun weekend fighting, coaching and supporting my teammates. Congratulations to all of my training partners from @pachecojiujitsu @pachecoyouthacademy @pachecojiujitsu_avalon @equinoxmartialarts who fought together to the end. Sometimes we don’t get the result we want and that’s the key to learning our mistakes. Glad to see how much the Jiu Jitsu is growing in Australia and I’m so happy to be representing the federation team of @nswbjjf . Thank you to my coaches @gorilla___house @wesleypachecojj @thiagookazima for being by my side since day one until today.
Also thank you to my awesome sponsor @brausfight for always providing the best competition gear.
My journey doing strength and conditioning with @enlivencoaching just started a month ago after not lifting weights for 9 months and I felt so much stronger after 1 month of training. Gonna continue lifting weights and I’ll see you next year Melbourne 2027🧠

Different academies. Representing one state.

Our NSW BJJ Federation Team competing at Pan Pacific this weekend. Each athlete brings their own jiu jitsu, their academy’s teaching and years of work onto the mats. Together, they represent the depth of talent we have here in New South Wales.

We’re proud to have them representing our state, and proud of the coaches, families and training partners behind them.

Next weekend, we’re back on home soil for @campeonato.de.jiujitsu on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, proudly endorsed by the NSW BJJ Federation. Whether you’re an experienced competitor or stepping onto the mats for the first time, come and be part of it.

Double elimination means if you lose your first match, your day isn’t over. Another match. More experience.

Next Sunday, competition returns to Sydney’s Northern Beaches in NSW with @campeonato.de.jiujitsu proudly endorsed by the NSW BJJ Federation.

A smaller tournament for kids, adults and masters, and a great place to start your competition journey. Double elimination means if you lose your first match, your day isn’t over. You get another opportunity to compete and build experience.

The NSW Federation Team. The patch carries an expectation.

Brought together by Paulo Guimarães, President of the New South Wales Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation, to represent our state. Athletes from different academies, sharpening one another and building a team that will be felt on the competition mat.

Respect for every opponent. The resolve to make every position a fight.

25 years of the NSW BJJ Federation. This team carries that history into its next chapter.

Proudly supported by @brausfight
