Cheers to this Man!!
Tom lived life to its fullest. He truly had ‘joie de vivre’. He and his wonderful wife Georgene were best friends with my Mom and Dad. My Mom and Dad hosted Easter and Tom and Georgene hosted this day, every year, without fail. There was a Turkey shoot (billiards, not the animal). Trophy 🏆 included. There was always an abundance of food, drink and merriment. Everyone was welcome. Every single day with Tom was always an adventure, fun, mischievous. When I was a single mom, the Pavelec’s made sure Rachel’s holidays were very merry. When my Mom was sick and consequently passed, once again this family came to the rescue and picked up the pieces of our shattered lives.
We might not see one another as often but they are family. Tom wouldn’t want us to mourn. He would demand a celebration. Miles keep us apart this holiday but Tom will be with us all in spirit. Today we are celebrating his life by sipping bubbly, eating great food and shooting pool.
Cheers to Tom!

Celebrating a year in Louisville with a preview of a couple very special whiskeys. The Angel’s Envy team is the best in the biz, and I’m thankful every day to have fallen in with a crew as talented as this one. I hope folks enjoy these as much as we enjoyed making them.

The Angel’s Envy Bourbon Club at Cardinal Stadium will open during UofL’s season opener next week - and, a select group of media saw the incredible Club today.

The curated space is beautifully branded and state-of-the-art throughout.

I love how Angel’s envy supports its hometown and local community. Proud to be part of the Angel’s Envy team!
