Lately, I’ve been more intentional about the events I attend and the people I connect with. One of my goals when I walk into a room is to meet at least 3 new people. And I accomplished it.

Attending the Earn Your Leisure University (EYLU) South Florida @eyl_university mixer in Sistrunk was intentional. I was truly in the right place at the right time, connecting with the right people.

I connected with a financial professional advisor with New York Life specializing in wealth preservation and accumulation, analyst working on an innovative project, and members of the Black Professionals Network (BPN).

Another highlight was seeing my bro, Duriel Taylor @durieltaylorpa , share insights on the current state of the market, highlighting Lauderhill, Pompano Beach, and Miami Gardens as cities to watch, and shared his projections for 2030.
So proud of you, D✊🏾

I left with greater clarity, valuable financial insights, and—best of all—new memories with my NOUVEAUX girls, Gina @ginasainthubert & Ninekema @ninekema_turenne.
