Great big THANK YOU 🫶 to @gingerandspicelife + @sincerelyssquared for donating a one day juice 🍋cleanse to Mission’s Sip for Good silent auction benefitting @mckemieplace 🎉🎉🎉

Every dollar raised helps McKemie Place provide safe shelter and hot meals for homeless women.

Our event may be over but the auction is still going strong…for just a bit longer! You still have a chance to bid BIG and feel great. Is there anything better than gym + juice? 💪🍋

Every donation made receives a shoutout on social + recognition in our newsletter.

As we near the end of August, let’s continue to honor the history that it holds for Black Americans. Didn’t know about Black August? Read more here.

Black August reminds us that honoring our history also means investing in the communities we’re building today.

One way to put that into action? Support Black-owned.
This month, we’re highlighting a few Black-owned businesses right here in Mobile that you can show some love to:

✨ Alumni Atelier
☕ Great Day Latte
🍴 Ginger & Spice
🧖🏾‍♀️ BBW Beauty, Body & Wellness Spa
🍧 TraePay’s Snacks & Sno-Balls

Supporting Black-owned businesses is more than a purchase—it’s a way to keep resources circulating within our community, support local entrepreneurs, and contribute to a stronger local economy.
As Black August comes to a close, let’s turn remembrance into action. 🖤

Who are you supporting? Tag your favorite Black-owned business in Mobile below! 👇🏾
