In January, I wrote down three intentions for this year: speak on stages, host my own retreats and collaborate with like-minded women. Then came the harder part, letting go of how. By October, all three had come true, plus things I didn’t know to ask for. When I was young, a channeler told me I’d speak on stages and help people remember who they are. I’ve never doubted it in the 27 years since, and this year I watched it happen in real time. In June, I stood on the Called to Speak stage in front of fifty people. I breathed with them, told the Chicago pavement story and watched people laugh and cry. I walked off hungry for more. In August, I brought You Were Never the Pattern to Barefoot and Free. In September, Beth James and I held The Return Retreat in Fenton, and women left knowing how their bodies speak truth. Palm Springs cracked me open in ways I’m still integrating. Now I’m bringing Human Design home to Harbor Springs. Your Body Already Knows starts November 8th at the @grl.clb CLB House, a monthly class on the second Sunday. DM for details! I’ve always had amazing women around me, and this year brought even more. And what I know in my bones is that when one of us rises, we all rise. We fill each other’s rooms and tell each other the truth. This is next-level sisterhood. @littleindigostar shared the Dalai Lama quote the other day, that the Western woman would save the world, and she heard it’s starting with women in Michigan. I believe it. What’s happening here is changing the world from the inside out, one body at a time. My focus this year has been to release control and let life lead. Looking at these photos, I see everything that bloomed once I stopped gripping. I’m so grateful, and this is only the beginning. Part of me still asks, “Who am I to do this?” The answer that keeps coming back is “Who am I not to?” @bethjamesyoga and I gather again January 7 to 10, 2027 for Nourished at the Root: three winter nights in the Northern Michigan woods with ten women. This experience will be nourishing for the body, mind and soul. We’d love to have you. Comment ROOT or DM me and I’ll add you to the waitlist. Details are almost final. 🙌

Being a “Share Your Wisdom” speaker at With Love Live means so much to me. Ginger Marie Corwin creates the kind of room where women show up as they are and leave a little braver than they came. My talk this year is called “Not Lost, Just Non-Linear: Why Every Chapter Counts.” If your path has zigzagged, paused, or completely changed direction, this one is for you. Every chapter you’ve lived is part of what you’re building now. And I’m bringing @karmachicmp with me! I’ll be putting our Brand Partners in front of new audiences with a LIVE from the event and their products right there for you to shop. Thank you to @gingermariecorwin for the wisdom you’re bringing. I can’t wait to sit in the audience and soak it all in. 📅 With Love Live, Saturday, October 24 💖 Save this so you don’t forget, and send it to the friend who needs this room as much as you do. #withlovelive #femalefounder #womeninbusiness #womensupportingwomen #shopsmall

✹ I'm so excited to share that I'll be speaking at WITH LOVE LIVE on October 24th! ✹ This women's retreat is an invitation to heal the younger versions of ourselves, embrace the little girl within, and carry her forward with love as we step into the women we were always meant to be. I'll be sharing something incredibly close to my heart: how we can release the identities we've built around fear and begin embodying our highest, most authentic selves. It only takes one mindset shift to change the way we see ourselves. And in a single moment, everything can begin to change. I'm deeply grateful to Ginger Marie Corwin for this opportunity to share my journey of healing, overcoming fear, and transforming pain into purpose. Rooted in empathy and grounded in 20 years of guiding mind, body, and spirit transformation, my work is devoted to helping others reconnect with who they truly are beneath fear, worry, and insecurity. I’d love to have you join me in the room. You don’t have to share your story or know anyone to attend. Ginger didn’t need another strategy. She needed to stop introducing herself as the smallest version of who she had become. When Ginger Marie Corwin came into my world, she introduced herself as a yoga teacher. And she was. But that was never the whole story. Today? She’s a best-selling author. Speaker. Retreat leader. Founder. Creator of With Love Live. And she doesn’t just say it differently. She walks into rooms differently. She speaks differently. She dresses differently. She carries herself differently. She makes decisions differently. Because when your identity expands, your entire business starts catching up to the woman you’ve decided to become. Since working together, Ginger has: → Finished her second book, With Love, From Your Older Self. → Appeared on the news sharing her body of work. → Hosted eight retreats—and is now evolving beyond the yoga-centered experiences she’s been known for over the last decade. → Started speaking on more stages. → Created her own stage for other women to tell their stories and question the beliefs they’ve carried about themselves. → Begun preparing for her next book launch. → Expanded the vision for With Love Live beyond local events and into other cities. → Built more clarity around what she does, what she wants to be known for, and how her books, speaking, events, and brand all belong under ONE body of work. WHO ARE YOU BECOMING—and does the way you’re showing up match her yet? Because sometimes the thing keeping you at your current level isn’t your talent. It’s that you’re still introducing yourself from an identity you outgrew three years ago. You’re still dressing for the old room. Speaking from the old identity. Selling the old offer. Explaining yourself with the old language. Holding onto the thing you’ve been known for because it feels terrifying to become known for something bigger. Ginger spent a decade with yoga as a huge part of her identity. And now she’s willing to let the next chapter be bigger. Author. Speaker. Creator. Woman with a body of work. Woman building rooms. Woman creating stages. Woman with a message that can travel city to city. THAT is what happens when we work togeth

I went on a different kind of retreat. One that brought up fear - of being seen, of being vulnerable, of being enough. I wanted to flee, but I stayed. What happened was wonderful, I faced a learning edge AND I witnessed others do the same. Stay tuned for more because this was only the beginning!

“This was the best day of my life.” How often do you get to say that? I find myself saying it pretty often. And I’m so damn grateful. But those days don’t happen by luck alone. They’re a product of what I believe. My faith. My intuition. My willingness to listen to the little messages I get from God and trust them. And honestly? They’re also a product of doing the work. When something hard needs to be done, I do it. Sometimes I resist. Sometimes I get uncomfortable. And usually, that’s when I have to wait the longest for my next “best day ever.” When I was on retreat with Beth James and Meghan Stimmel, we started each morning with yoga. Truth be told, yoga isn’t my favorite workout. But Beth’s yoga is different. She usually ends Savasana with the most delicious, gentle touch. There’s something so rewarding and connective about those few moments. On the last day, Beth didn’t come around for the touch. And something in me said: Ask. So I did. Now, this was out of character for me. I don’t usually ask for much, especially in a group setting. But I really wanted this. So I asked. Beth invited me to lie down and placed her hands on my head. Then she played another song. And then I heard it—my favorite song. I Am Bliss. Suddenly, my dearest friends were gathered around me, giving me Reiki, love, and touch. Needless to say, I was BLISSED OUT. But what struck me later was this: The day didn’t become one of the best days of my life because someone else decided to give me something. It started because I was loyal to myself. I wanted something. I listened to that desire. And I asked for it. That one little act of choosing myself set the tone for an entire day I’ll never forget. So ask for what you want. Build friendships with people who cherish you. Let yourself receive. Be grateful for the big things and the tiny things. And when something uncomfortable needs to be done to get you closer to the life you want
Do it. Because sometimes your next “best day of your life” is waiting on the other side of the thing you’ve been afraid to ask for. #selflove #dothehardthing #advocateforyourself #bestlife #askforwhatyouwant

I watched and witnessed 13 women light up the desert in California with their Spirit Led Stories and I still feel speechless. People think tapping into God speaking and moving through you as the first step is the easy thing. That’s is rainbows and butterflies. And the truth is....it’s the hardest. Because this where you let go of a lifetime of performance. A lifetime of perfection. And surrender to what’s always been easy. But as human beings, we make it hard. Spirit Led Storytelling can be taught in a framework, but it’s most powerful when you experience the breakthrough in real time. It’s felt. It’s life changing. It’s something that will fill you with electricity. And once you experience it....you can never go back. Curating this retreat with Beth and bringing God’s imagination to life will forever be a weekend etched in the history books of my life. Thank you to every woman who said yes to expanding. Who said yes to doing what God entrusted them to do. Who said yes to speaking from depth instead of the comfortable surface. The women who stayed. Who released. Who got set free. Who are going to go be big for God. Thank you for trusting me and @bethjamesyoga You all are the most beautiful leaders. Embodied in fire. Ready to blast off into outer space with a calling that is UNTAMED. đŸ”„ It’s my highest honor to walk with you. And this is just the beginning of you leading from the front lines of the biggest shift in human history. And here’s to changing the whole entire world with your voice. And thank you @aleksheide for sponsoring our Untamed 2.0 notebooks! There is literal gold inside of those đŸ™đŸŒ

I’m excited to be one of the Share Your Wisdom speakers at With Love Live on October 24! We all have moments that stay with us. Moments when we felt like it wasn’t safe to be fully ourselves. When we learned to stay quiet instead of saying what we really thought, to keep everyone else happy rather than risk disappointing someone, or to question whether it was okay to take up space, express our needs, or let ourselves be seen. Sometimes these moments seem small, but the beliefs we form in them can follow us for years. I need to be good. I have to keep everyone happy. My needs come last. I shouldn’t take up too much space. It isn’t safe to be fully myself. On Saturday, October 24, from 1–4 PM, Ginger Marie Corwin is hosting With Love Live at Nature Valley Lodge in North Lawrence, Ohio. With Love Live is a three-hour experience centered around a question many of us can relate to: What did a younger version of you come to believe about yourself, and what wisdom do you have now that you didn’t have then? Inspired by Ginger’s upcoming book, With Love, From Your Older Self, the event explores the beliefs we form when we’re young about who we are, what we’re capable of, what we deserve, and what we believe is possible for our lives. Through storytelling, guided reflection and writing, meaningful connection, and conversations with people sharing their own lived experiences, you’ll have the opportunity to look at the stories you’ve carried, reconnect with younger versions of yourself, and consider what you know now that you wish you could have known then. Because sometimes what we think is simply “who I am” may actually be who we learned we needed to be. I’d love to have you join me in the room. You don’t have to share your story or know anyone to attend. With Love Live Saturday, October 24, 2026 1–4 PM Nature Valley Lodge North Lawrence, Ohio Use promo code SARA to save 15% on your ticket.
