Argh, Monday blues! Can’t wait for the weekend again. Do you have nice place for coming weekend? Who knows, maybe lifting some more drag queens?! At least Sasha Velour on Friday for me 🙏🏻.

Didn't go as I planned today so nothing else than a jump rope routine. Jumping rope is the most effective exercise to quickly burn some extra calories, create EPOC and pump the body up. I do 15 times 1:15 on and 0:15 off.

Keep pushing! Last weekend I had a discussion about pushing through pain signals. Discomfort isn't the same as pain. You can do so much more than you think you are able to! Your body will send you signals of pain/discomfort At 80% of your limits. Push to 90/95% of your limits, not over the 100%. Pushing over maximum limits lead to injuries!
See it as a 100m sprint when you feel your legs burn but still want to win this race in the last 10 meters.

Feeling so strong lately, in my own force/strength! As I'm in balance 😇,and making the right decisions😊.
🎧You took my light, you drained me down
But that was then and this is now, now look at me.

FitPost; The only way to hold on to your new habits is to start enjoying it! So smile, enjoy the effort you put in and celebrate the results. Rome wasn't build in 10 days, neither your body. Step by step!

Sometimes I doubt myself and question why I am doing this every day. The truth is that I started as a fat kid (130kg) who never thought I would make it this far. Step by step, not always fast, however, I started my journey!
Never say never because limits, like fears, are often just an illusion! You just have to start!
