‘One Last Time’

“One Last Time” is more than a cocktail; it is a tribute to my mentor, Mr. @john_n_juice, who believed in me when I struggled to believe in myself. Inspired by his hometown, Coorg, the drink represents resilience, clarity, and hope. The chilli reflects challenges that make us stronger, while watermelon and green tea bring freshness and balance. Clarification symbolises finding clarity through life’s noise.

Key Ingredients: Bird’s Eye Chilli-Infused Tequila, Watermelon Water, Green Tea, Saline.

From Pre-Shift Coffee to Pre-Shift Paradiso 🍌☕️

Some cocktails start with a recipe.
Ours started with a routine.

Every shift, there’s coffee. And for us, there are bananas too—brought from Vasai, a little piece of home that somehow always finds its way behind the bar.

A few days ago, we experienced the spirit of Bar Leone through their guest shift. What stayed with us was simple: simple ingredients, thoughtful technique, and a drink that tells a story.

So we looked at our own pre-shift ritual.

Coffee.
Bananas.
A server talking too much. 😂
A bartender pretending to listen.
And conversations that somehow always end up behind the bar.

That became pre-Shift Paradiso.

Greater Than Gin brings the backbone. Coffee brings the comfort. Banana brings our Vasai touch. Rosso Vermouth ties everything together.

Finished with banana cream and a touch of cardamom—because apparently, even the banana wanted to dress up for competition. 🍌😂

Shashank, the server, brought the story.
Mithil, the bartender, brought it to life.

Inspired by the spirit of Bar Leone, but built from our own everyday ritual.

From **Vasai → pre-shift coffee → behind the bar → Pre-Shift Paradiso.

Because sometimes, paradise isn’t a destination.
