Collaboration, connection & holistic healing in St. Louis! Last week, HCS had the joy of co-facilitating Grow and Connect at Bloom Mind & Body Studio alongside Ginny Kappel, owner and Kristy Estelle, Master Astrologer & HCS Coach. We’re inspired by Ginny’s vision of bringing therapeutic and holistic services together under one roof, creating a beautiful community of practitioners and resources to meet people where they are. We believe the future of wellness is rooted in connection, collaboration, and expanding access to healing. Grateful to be part of this growing community!

Ope, this got a little out of hand…September was BUSY and I couldn’t pare it down any more than this!! From big milestones (client launches! First email!) to big blind spots (gym competition tomorrow…ahem), I love a good recap to help me reflect before just hustling on to the next thing. (Which again, is actually that gym thing in the morning 😳) Also, the last slide is totally on brand and actually happened as I was posting this… #timeblindness #whydoesitalwaystakesolong #backtobricked

One of the best parts of working with past clients? I already know the assignment. My goal is always to equip you to handle the everyday updates yourself. But when your business grows and you need the big guns? I’m waiting in the wings, locked and loaded and ready to go. Bloom recently expanded its South County location with a whole new studio space, so we bundled a quick shoot + Studio Work Day to get the website caught up ahead of the launch party: → new page design + copy + basic SEO → studio rental inquiry page + form → homepage callouts for the new offerings → custom-coded image features → third-party platform branding + integration → mobile cleanup, testing + all the little details No re-explaining the brand or locating/sharing files. No starting from scratch. Just jump back in, build what’s next, and make it feel like it’s always belonged there. 👋 If you want a creative partner who can build the foundation, hand you the keys, and jump back in when it’s time for the next big thing…hi!

We are still looking for “the one”🌸 🤍A therapist that loves the idea of growing in private practice but within a group of dedicated, supportive professionals. 🤍Private-pay (no insurance companies taking all of your admin time and energy…we pour that back into our client care) 🤍Rooted in wellness and whole person care 🤍Clients that care about about their well-being (think: dream clients) We want to hear from you if this is your vibe, dream or vision. #stltherapy #stlwellness #bloomsoco #nowhiring #oakvillemo

There is actually a psychological reason you feel this way….. New schedules. New routines. New energy. A fresh start. We spent years being conditioned to associate this time of year with starting over, learning something new, creating routines and growing. And that feeling doesn’t necessarily disappear when we graduate So maybe August isn’t just about getting everyone else back into a routine… Maybe it’s your reminder to come back to YOU✨☮️ Researchers call this the “Fresh Start Effect” 🤩 Temporal Landmarks You don’t have to wait for January to begin again🫶🏻 BACK TO SCHOOL- BACK TO YOU🔥 #bloomsoco #realchanges #healthcoaching #gratitude #alwaysgettingbetter

📚If back-to-school mornings feel a little chaotic, you’re definitely not alone. This month, let’s release the pressure to have everything perfectly together. Showing up with love matters so much more than having a flawless morning. Some days you’ll forget the library book. Someone will wear mismatched socks. Breakfast might be a granola bar in the car—and that’s okay. The goal isn’t perfect mornings. The goal is getting everyone out the door feeling loved (even if it’s a little rushed). 💛 Tag another parent who’s living this school morning reality! https://www.bloommindbody.co/soco #BloomMindBodyCo #BloomSoCo #parentlife #SelfCareMatters #StLouisTherapist #relatable

With a grateful heart, my time as a provider at Bloom has come to an end. Looking back through the memories and connections made, I am so incredibly grateful for the beautiful souls and experiences Bloom has brought into my life. Being able to innovate my practice with the support of such a strong and inspiring team of women has transformed not only my perspective as a clinician but also my personal goals of achievement. I'm excited to take all that I've learned and grown through here in STL as I move back home to Iowa to join my family and friends in this next chapter. I can't thank everyone enough for the support and love I've been surrounded with here and will keep these feelings close to heart as I continue blooming. ❤️

✨ New seasons bring new routines, expectations, and demands. Before summer ends, give yourself permission to pause and reflect on what you need to feel grounded moving forward. This month’s word is Regulate because wellness isn’t just about reacting to stress—it’s about building habits that support your mind and body before overwhelm sets in. As you look ahead to the next season, consider: • What helps you feel balanced? • What drains your energy? • What routines do you want to carry forward? Small intentional choices today can create a more sustainable tomorrow. What are you taking with you from this summer season? bloommindbody.co/soco #BloomMindBodyCo #Regulate #Reel #StLouisTherapist #Mindandbody #WellnessJourney
