Why journal? Why even have a habit-building journal at that? I’ll give you 2-11/100 reasons.
1. To offload mentally and emotionally from other demanding aspects of your life and put the focus of your attention on you and your gaols for a few minutes daily.
2. To find out why you do the things you do (and don’t do). What’s holding you back from not starting and what is making you comfortable with it.
3. To notice the correlations between other things happening in your life and your inability to push towards your goals.
4. To realise the limiting beliefs and negative attitudes you have, that conflict with what you say you want to be and do.
5. To log patterns and collect data on your biggest distractions, assumptions and limitations.
6. To record information on what works, how much you actually get done and things you’ve discovered about the process.
7. To build self-partnered accountability and self reporting on your progress while noting next steps towards achieving your own personal goals that matter to just you.
8. To self reflect, gather thoughts, process them then put them away instead of letting them decide the direction of your day.
9. To rehearse your intention, visualise your future and programme your subconscious to match the outward results you want to achieve.
10. To consciously plan next steps and intentionally think of what small actions you can take daily to get you where you want to go.

Setting a goal for a whole year means 365 days where you have to remember to keep it at the top of your mind and 52 weeks you have to keep track of. That’s a lot we’re asking our brains to remember on top of everything else, and it’s no wonder we soon lose momentum and fall off track.

Our journal is based on a short, manageable 30-day cycle where 2026 is not 365 days, but 12 lots of 30 days. Its short enough that you can form a habit and build momentum to carry you through the year without feeling overwhelmed by a year-long list of things to do.

With our journal, you’re buying something to keep you focused on just the next 30 days of progress in the direction of your personal goals, then the next…

With ‘The Next 30 Days’, you’re not just buying a journal, you’re getting a coaching experience that gets you from a state of inertia to sudden motion where TODAY becomes DAY 1 and you JUST START, but armed with a system that keeps you moving from DAY 1 to DAY 30 of making working on your personal goals a habit.

Here’s what you’re actually getting-

By Day 1-7, you’ll have set a realisable goal, at a manageable pace and doable level of effort, and you’ll get used to showing up at a specific time.

By Day 8-14, you’ll have a track record of actions you’ve already taken towards your set goal, with an idea of what is working and what isn’t, and you’ll get tips and habit hacks to keep you on track as you make adjustments.

By Day 15-21, you’ll have a system for self-reporting and self-accountability while developing self-compassion when dealing with setbacks and moments when life happens. You’ll get reminders and the encouragement to keep taking action on the side of habitually working on your goal, instead of building a habit of not working on it.

By Day 21-30, you’ll have made lots of progress but it might not yet be visible to you, so you’ll have an inbuilt tracking mechanism with coaching to help to focus you on how far you’ve come, instead of how much farther you have till the finish line.

Beyond Day 30, you’ll have developed the right mental habits and be set up for your next round of 30 days.

So it’s not just a journal you’re buying but you’re paying for a coaching experience, an accountability partner, a personal action plan and a space for just you and the one thing you’ll focus on for the Next 30 days.

The Masai Mara Rhinos

There are between 35-50 black rhino in the Masai Mara at any one time (many traverse into the Serengeti in Tanzania as well).

The black rhino is usually solitary, with the only strong bond between a mother and her calf. Rhinos live in home ranges that can sometimes overlap with each other, and their feeding grounds, wallows, and water holes may be shared. The black rhino is a browser. Its triangular-shaped upper lip, which ends in a grasping point, is used to eat a large variety of vegetation—including leaves; buds; and shoots of plants, bushes, and trees.

Thankful for this day and this space to celebrate all the amazing women in my life. There are WAYYYYYY too many to name, which is a blessing. In addition to my family, there is an entire village of beautiful women who have poured so much love, support, and positive energy into me and my endeavors. I consistently feel empowered by other women and for that I am grateful.
•
Coming from a family of strong women, I have been fortunate to have had positive examples around me my entire life. I have my grandma who is the rock of our family and centers us with her UNWAVERING faith; my mother who loves me unconditionally, and who is the best human on Earth that I know — always encouraging me to be a better human; my sister, one of the strongest individuals that I know who constantly amazes me with the grace at which she triumphantly overcomes things that would break most people. And when I look at my niece, I am so proud of the young lady she is becoming and I can’t wait to see what life has in store for her. I know she will continue to do great things. Part of the reason why I feel like I can do anything in this world that I put my mind to is because I have the their strength and wisdom supporting me. I take none of this for granted.
•
So CHEERS to the women who inspire, encourage, and support us! May we know them, may we be them, may we raise them!
