Yoooo this is not a drill! Kids eat free this Thursday!

We’re parents first, restaurant owners second. So a free kids’ menu just seems like the right move for our collab dinner. Yeah?

See you there, fam!

Kevin O'Donnell has been preparing for different outcomes since he was sixteen years old. 🍝

He was court-ordered to an alternative school in Rhode Island where a retired Johnson & Wales chef named Andy ran a culinary program. He signed up to pass the time. Twenty-five years later he is a multi-time James Beard nominee with two restaurants on the Newport waterfront and a philosophy about different scenarios that comes from a lifetime of navigating them.

Problems will come up. Unexpected hardship will happen. That is not a warning. That is just the truth. And the founders who survive are the ones who prepared for it before it arrived.
