I have helped hundreds of Coaches, not only feel more safe to show up on camera, expressed themselves more in Content, but make fffff you of money while having more fun than they ever have.

I mean, really you didn’t leave the matrix, a 9 to 5 where your hips cramped from sitting a desk all day, to throw yourself in a business that you feel like you’re an employee too.

This shit is supposed to be fun. Personal growth pieces, the tactical pieces, even the rock bottoms where you have to build the emotional discipline. It’s all a game.

And when you learn to navigate it like one, it will actually feel stupid how much more simple it is to make money. And having a blast while you do it.

Such a full month of travel, family, growth, serving my clients to my highest ability & being fully present in it all.✨

And one of the things I’m most grateful for…
Being able to support my clients and walk alongside them as they step into the best versions of themselves while I’m doing the same in my own life 🫶🏼 (if you’re my client reading this ILY!)

There’s something so special about not just teaching it but truly living it!!

Life is a lot fcking fuller when you see women as proof of what’s possible vs as your competition ❤️‍🔥

One of my fav things my journey has given me is the OBSESSION of women

Women are art. complex, deep masterpieces

And being able to witness a room full of women who are assassinssss in business, soft in their love, warm in welcomes, raw with emotion AND hot af doing it all..

I have never been so thankful to be a woman and I have also never been so lit up to pour into yall that you can and DESERVE to have it alllll

Rich in life because of days like these

I say this every time I’m around our community (and every day of my life) but I couldn’t be more grateful for you @kendallstrampel and the vision you’re creating that I get to be part of

Leaving Vegas this weekend feeling more inspired to start every day by just saying why not me and instill that belief in every person I come across

When you get to spend a weekend around 30 other women who are going for the life, they want, choosing themselves, and learning to be audacious, something inside of you shifts. And watching women show up Thursday with timid voices, nervousness around claiming what they want and leaving Sunday with a new sense of self worth and boldness is one of the most empowering things to see.

Every time I come home after these events I just thank my lucky stars that I get to be part of @wwbizacademy and make an impact

This past weekend was needed in ways I didn’t even realize going into it. I began this journey focused on my physical health, but it has turned into so much more than that🤍
I was given space, love, and support to step into self-healing. To meet myself where I am— to let go of the younger version of myself that I’ve been holding onto— without even realizing it— and begin releasing and healing her. Growing up I didn’t experience this love and support from women that I felt this weekend. I’ll admit, I didn’t push myself to fully open up in every moment- but I know I will next time. I’m ready to lean in deeper, to trust more, and to keep growing. Being surrounded by such empowering energy opened my heart to healing that connection.
This experience reminded me that the hard and uncomfortable things (like sharing this post) are often what empower us. And that I’m not alone. That strength doesn’t just come from the gym, but allowing yourself to be vulnerable, to be seen, and to receive love and support.

I am beyond grateful for the incredible coaches and all the women who showed up open, vulnerable, and supportive. You created such a safe and loving space, and I am leaving with a full heart and renewed energy🫶🏼✨
